Pros:

Customer service was great, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Didn’t have the original room we booked but that was fine with us. We were given compensation for the Starbucks inside the hotel

Great location, delightful staff, super comfy beds and very loud AC
Pros:

Location was very close to Brandeis, where we needed to be. Super comfortable room, comfy bed, nice bathroom

the A/C was so loud it woke me up a couple times during the night

It’s a nice hotel with large comfortable

Cons:

When you are not located in the city and you are not close to public transportation, I think it is absolutely awful for a hotel to charge for parking. Well, the hotel is beautiful. It could use a little bit of maintenance here and there some of the public areas are looking a little worn.

Proximity to major roads, onsite restaurant and quick and courteous check-in despite being a very busy weekend.

Cons:

A long walk to the elevators if your room is on the far side of the hotel. There are long hallways, and it was difficult for my spouse to walk it.
