Nice location but HVAC issues on our stay

Cons:

The heating wasn’t working in the property. Overall the hallways were cold the breakfast area was cold the staff in the restaurant were a little miserable about it understandably but the reception seemed to think nothing of it. We did find out at check out that they were having problems with the HVAC systems.

Overall very good.
Pros:

Location great-I did not eat breakfast.

Cons:

I realize that you can not do anything about it but the parking garage is tight and the ceilings are very low.

Great rooms, terrible breakfast service
Pros:

Rooms are nice, clean , no complaints

Cons:

The breakfast (included) was a terrible experience. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, with nobody even making eye contact or telling us that they've seen us. When we tried to sit ourselves, since nobody seemed to care and there were plenty of empty tables, they sent us back to the waiting area.
And we were the lucky ones! A long line of people waiting to sit kept growing after we finally got seated. Again, with plenty of available tables!
If you need to check out, you might miss your checkout deadline just because you're waiting in line for breakfast.
Anyway... that was ridiculous. We'll keep in mind to go elsewhere next time
