The room was very dusty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

The location was good

Cons:

The Staff was very unhelpful. They had coupons for breakfasts and weren't given to all the ppl staying in the room. I booked the lake view room and it wasn't given to them !

Pros:

Far superior to the extended stay next door! Clean and luxurious with great service . Just slightly more than the dump next to it. I thought it was a super value!

Can use a refresh
Pros:

The lobby is very nice but the rooms can use a refresh. We stayed 3 nights December 27 - 30. Parking Deck is a bit tight if you have a large SUV.
