Diappointed by A/C not being on at all during Summer!
Pros:

Renting a room in the south in summer should have some level of A/C applied. It took 1.5 hours to get the room comfortable then I realized no soap or shampoo is provided. C'Mon you gotta do better. Also note the parking can be a long walk from the room and you have to drag suitcases u a flight of stairs to your room in many cases.

Comfy and kind. But run down and a little dirty. But good bang for the buck
Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful. It wasnt super busy which was great with us with our dog.

Cons:

It was a little run down. We always check for bed bugs there was no bed bugs but the way the bed is designed it would be hard to clean under the mattress there were tons of dead spiders and other bugs like that under the bed. The bathroom was a little dirty. There were no roaches in the room. BUT outside there was a giant dead roach outside of one of the rooms.

Clean, sufficient, friendly
Pros:

The motel was suffiecient for what we needed and the price was super right. The staff was friendly. Check in was a bit slow, but all check-in experiences are a bit slow.

Cons:

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. They were short staffed, so we had to wat a few minutes for towels, but that wasn't really an issue. The towels came before we had to ask for them.

Pros:

Older property in need of updating. Clean enough, didn't see any bugs or signs of. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great Comfortable Experience
Pros:

It was very comfortable. The manager and their new hire did an excellent job with customer service. The manager is awesome!!!! Cash deposit was $40 and I only had $24 in cash, and he took the $24 and trusted I would uphold trust on my end. That’s top tier customer service. Don’t stay anywhere else in Lavonia on a budget except Super 8 of Lavonia, Ga.
