Pros:

Cons:

There was mold in the room. It was on the wall by the bed, on the window surround, and on the ceiling. Booking.com did not submit the reimbursement.

Very dissatisfied.
Pros:

I love the location. But the hotel is very outdated and rundown.

Cons:

The hotel has holes in the parking lot.Being blocked with construction cones opposed to just making the repairs. Your hallway carpet is stained up the carpets.Rolling in the center looks very tacky. The mattress , you can feel the springs coming through. The pillows were horrible. Black mold , starting to grow on the caulk around the tub. I honestly cannot believe that this hotel is allowed to fly a hampton flag. $500 for 2 nights when the hotel's in the condition , it is completely ridiculous. I have upstairs conference room and ten rooms booked for december that I intend on canceling.

Short and Sweet!
Pros:

Breakfast was solid. Good variety of hot and cold.

I would think about paving the driveway. The parking lot is definitely rough.

I will never stay here again !
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was within nine minutes of where I needed to go.

Cons:

The hotel room was dirty. The bathroom had an inch of dust all along the baseboards and the floor. The actual room itself had dust around it. You could tell the room was only quickly cleaned for the next guest, embarrassing.

Had to request that the toilet flush mechanism be fixed. That should have been flagged by housekeeping and reported to maintenance for fixing prior to our check in.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Better than I had expected. The staff was very friendly. Online checkin was simple and the digital room key worked without issue.
