The property was one of the cleanest mid family hotels we've ever stayed at. Traveling for sports and the ice machine worked and breakfast was great.
They need to update the pool and hot tub. Also create privacy for those swimming from people checking in.

The front desk guy, I think named Jordan was AMAZING. The best desk help I have ever seen at a hotel. So helpful, kind, knew what he was doing. The facility was so clean too. Best hotel stay I have ever been to.
We had an amazing check in thanks to Jordan! Our business check in can get complicated but he knew what to do, was so friendly and fast. We would come back here just for him!
Very clean, very friendly staff. Jordan, receptionist, provided excellent customer service above and beyond. The breakfast was very tasty, good variety of offered choices every day. The serving was very helpful and nice. We were staying as a big group (soccer team with parents) and staff were very accommodating.
The bathroom vent did not work
Very pleased that this location was just fully renovated and updated. We have been staying elsewhere lately on our trips to Olathe because it had definitely lost its good rating. Great experience this visit. All new and clean, and the staff were on point. Always a great breakfast and comfy rooms. The pool area has been painted but needs some additional work(the paint actually flaked off and stuck to our feet some), but overall very clean.
Room door was difficult to unlock with key.
Bathroom. Door shower did not close. Toilet was super load. Sink faucet was too close to sink border, making it hard to wash. Water pressure was poor.
The breakfast was decent and decent options. The facility was pretty clean and easy to find. The staff was nice and helpful.
The window in the room was not sealed well.. all night I could hear wind blowing in around the frame and by morning there was frost on the inside window seal. We had a double bed room and it really sucked only having the one night stand between the beds with 4 people and no luggage rack! Also for smoking outside would be nice to have somewhere to sit and smoke.
