Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της πόλης και πάνω στο Δούναβη! Άμεση πρόσβαση σε όλα τα μέσα μεταφοράς. Θέα στο Δούναβη από το δωμάτιο και τους υπόλοιπους χώρους του ξενοδοχείου. Άνετοι, καθαροί χώροι με όμορφη διακόσμηση και αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Μεγάλος πάγκος εργασίας για δουλειά με υπολογιστή. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ξεχωριστό σημείο εξυπηρέτησης για οδηγίες, υπηρεσία ταξί ή ότι άλλο χρειαστεί.
Έχει ίσως το ωραιότερο πρωινό που έχουμε φάει σε αντίστοιχο ξενοδοχείο. Σε συδυασμό με τη θέα στο Δούναβη, ο καλύτερος τρόπος να ξεκινήσει η μέρα μας!

I did not like this hotel at all, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

First of all, they completely misinform guests about the room amenities. Nowhere on Booking is it mentioned that a twin room comes with a bathtub, while a room with one bed comes with a shower. This makes no logical sense, but fine — still, it should at least be clearly stated somewhere. As a result, guests are forced to choose between sleeping on a large, comfortable bed but having only a shower, or sleeping on one of two narrow beds but having a bathtub. It’s quite absurd, and this should definitely be clarified at the time of booking, as I was expecting both a large bed and a bathtub, which was also indicated in the room description. You can imagine my disappointment when I had to choose one or the other.

The room itself was clean. The best part was the sofa by the window, offering a stunning view — it was truly enjoyable to relax there. But that’s where the positives end. The room felt somewhat worn out, especially the headboard, which looked quite shabby and was unpleasant to see.

As for the hotel staff, when I expressed my disappointment about the room amenities, they simply smiled instead of offering any solution, such as a room upgrade. I don’t think that would have been a problem during low season, especially since the confusion about the room features is entirely the hotel’s fault. They should have handled the situation better. Considering that the hotel is quite expensive, they should make more effort to satisfy their guests.

Honestly, for the same price, there are plenty of other options available, and if I had known it would be like this, I would have chosen something else.

Best hotel of our trip
Pros:

This was our favorite hotel during our extended European vacation. Look past the underwhelming lobby at check in and be prepared for spacious, modern, comfortable accommodations. Our upper floor room with large wall to wall windows overlooking the Danube was magical at night as we overlooked the bridges and monuments lit up.
The free washer and dryer were an appreciated bonus as we had been traveling for weeks with only washing in the sink. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. We found the staff friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was conveniently close to so many attractions, restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated how we could take the M3 metro line directly to and from the train station from only one block away.
As a companion to the standard Marriott hotel, one block away, we were given one set of free drink tickets to use on their rooftop bar. We highly recommend going at night for a fantastic view of the Danube. No need to take a river cruise!
We would have been happy to extend our three-night stay if we hadn’t already made reservations in our next city. Highly recommend you stay here, request high floor!
