The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable
Great location
Great location! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.
The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The window screen was loose and was banging with the wind all night.
View from the room was fantastic. It was a option presented to me right before our stay. Nice surprise for my wife . Walked rough out to the fire pit which was great as it was a chilly evening. Central downtown location , short walks to all our favorite places.
Parking looks like it gets limited even in the off peak season.
Great location. It’s worth upgrading to a ground floor room on the water- has a door out onto a really nice yard with a fire pit, hammocks and chairs right on the marina- very pretty

Location of hotel is the selling point. We upgraded this time to a harbor view and it was fantastic.
The room was not that clean. They did not make our room up one of the four days. No attention to soap or toilet paper levels and had to call for replacements. The bathrooms were old and need to be upgraded. The floors were stained on the carpet and not vacuumed well. Found nuts and a sensor from clothing on the edges of the carpet. Dirt on our floor from threads all 4 nights.
I've stay at hotel on many occasions. the view is spectacular.
Cleanliness, Location, Location Location and view.
Had to pay $35.00 a day to park in the lot!! If they offered a complimentary breakfast it would have offset the large fee for parking. Not good!
Convenient Location..Walking to the restaurants and shopping, good entertainment, great drinks!

The room had a musty smell the whole time. It was better when we ran the air conditioning on high, but that caused a loud air conditioner to run all day and night. The price for breakfast options was high. A travel box of cereal for one serving was $7. The side of bacon was cheaper at only $5 for a side.

Location and that is it. You clearly pay for the location.
No water preasure whatsoever. Second hand furniture. Paint drops on wall in the bathroom from an attempt to repaint the door. It is you typical beach motel at Four season $$. Absolutely not reccomended. Obviously my bad for booking at this place.
