Loved the location. Loved the view. The cost was higher than the desire to fix up the place.
Pros:

The location was beautiful and convenient

Cons:

Run down for the cost. Simple things could have been done to spruce things up. Seemed like nothing was done to prepare for the summer season.

Proximity of the hotel to many attractions.

Cons:

Non existent value for money . I inquired about the perks available to customers, a gentleman informed me “two complimentary water, WiFi & coffee.”
No gym , no outdoor pool & to add insult to injury, parking is $30 nightly .

A hotel with hidden charges with no explanation
Pros:

I have full paid the room via Agoda. But my card was charged $26.xx after checking out. Asked the hotel and explained it was only a pending. When I received the credit card statement, it was actually charged $77.35 with a refund of $37.45, all these strange charges without explanation.

Can't Beat this Spot
Pros:

This hotel has one of the best locations in all of Newburgh. The entire hotel could use a little sprucing up, but it is still a wonderful place to stay
