Harbor views are beautiful
Pros:

Hotel has beautiful views of the harbor. The staff is friendly and professional.
The room we stayed in needs a big update.. definitely showing its age. Bed uncomfortable, toliet so low to the ground, fixtures in bathroom showing rusting, furniture very scratched and showing wear.
For us definitely not worth the price even in the off season.

Great location! Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The window screen was loose and was banging with the wind all night.

Great hotel stay with a great view and close to everyswhere we wanted to go.
Pros:

View from the room was fantastic. It was a option presented to me right before our stay. Nice surprise for my wife . Walked rough out to the fire pit which was great as it was a chilly evening. Central downtown location , short walks to all our favorite places.

Cons:

Parking looks like it gets limited even in the off peak season.

Bathrooms needs to be updated. Bathtub / shower retains water… doesn’t drain well. Comforter on one of the double

Location was central to our stay
Cons:

Had to pay $35.00 a day to park in the lot!! If they offered a complimentary breakfast it would have offset the large fee for parking. Not good!

Cons:

The room had a musty smell the whole time. It was better when we ran the air conditioning on high, but that caused a loud air conditioner to run all day and night. The price for breakfast options was high. A travel box of cereal for one serving was $7. The side of bacon was cheaper at only $5 for a side.

Pros:

Location and that is it. You clearly pay for the location.

Cons:

No water preasure whatsoever. Second hand furniture. Paint drops on wall in the bathroom from an attempt to repaint the door. It is you typical beach motel at Four season $$. Absolutely not reccomended. Obviously my bad for booking at this place.
