Solides Mittelklasse-Hotel mit guter Ausstattung
Pros:

An meinem Appartement hat mir vor allem gefallen, dass es eine Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank hatte, sodass man einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann. Wichtig war auch die Klimaanlage, weil es zumindest in den Zimmern zur Straße hin (Südseite) sehr warm werden kann, wenn die Sonne scheint. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist schlecht isoliert, die Zimmer heizen sich im Sommer ganz schön auf (aber die Klimaanlage hilft natürlich). Außerdem ist es recht hellhörig, Lärm aus den Nachbarzimmern ist leicht zu hören. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen.

Instalações antigas mas bom hotel. Cafe da manhã acima da média.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente. Proximidade do metrô. Quartos amplos com pequena cozinha. Região tranquila.

Cons:

Banheiros muito antigos. Com chuva, a passagem da entrada para os quartos do bloco posterior é feita com uma cobertura cheia de goteiras.

La habitación super limpia. Y super cerca al metro línea 4

Cons:

Son 3 veces que se tienen que subir y bajar escaleras para las maletas. Con una maleta de 23 y carry on fue engorroso, las puertas son duras y fue realmente difícil el traslado se la maleta hasta la habitación y no hay personal de apoyo ni un carrito o trampa para ayudar a subir las maletas.

Muy buena. Para quien visita madrid y no quiere el ruido deo centro es un buen lugar.
Pros:

Es un lugar limpio y tranquilo. El desayuno y la atención de buena calidad. Me gustó la tranquilidad del barrio.

Cons:

En realidad por la temporada supongo que el precio es un poco alto.

아파트형 숙소에 3 베드룸은 넓은 객실과 침대 주방이 잘 갖추어져 있어 간단한 음식 해먹고 다니기 좋아요ᆢ침구류가 깨끗하고 에어비앤비와 달리 객실청소 매일 해주시네요 ᆢ 프로스페리다드 전철역이 도보 4분거리에있어 중심가 쉽게 갈 수 있고 주변 환경도 좋아 편하게 지내고 갑니다.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, le service et surtout leurs bonnes humeurs.

Cons:

Le 3eme lit était un clic clac et non un lit simple.
Une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée et pas les jours suivants.
Nous étions 3 et nous avions une seule shower cap... Une fois.
