The place is €33 from madrid airport by taxi. To go to the city center is 45 minutes by bus from prosperidad but much quicker if using metro. Reception staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean it’s just the bathroom/toilet is out dated and located in front of one of the beds. Squicky door and no noise control. Wifi is good. Breakfast could be better. Staff in the dining room is not smiling at all maybe bcoz she’s alone every morning, understaff probably.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant for late dinning.

観光客はあまりいない地区で、地元の人たちの行くカフェやバールで、楽しく過ごせます。また、地下鉄の駅も近いので、プラドなどへ行くにも便利でした。

The reason for my review is because something really annoying happened. I was at the hotel for two days when this happened, taking a nap on sunday afternoon when they called me at my room kicking me out because they needed to clean. I said I did not want cleaning (I was solo traveling and didn't even need cleaning at that point) and they said it did not matter because it was a spanish law (it was not, i looked it up), I tried to fight it, but they said they would call the police. So I was forced out of my room, had to go somewhere and come back. I was so freaking pissed, just wanted to take a nap at the room I paid for but instead I was disrespected and treated like a child.

Because of this I would never ever come back, felt really disrespected. I have been all over spain, multiple hotels and never faced such thing.

The hotel is a bit old in a not particularly nice neighborhood.

Very clean place. The room we got as a family of 3 was spacious and had kitchenette. Staff was nice and friendly. We needed to be close to the airport and it is also close to a metro station.

O hotel fica em ótima localização, próxima a metrô, restaurantes, mercado e bancos. Adoramos o café da manhã, é excelente! O quarto é grande, super confortável e possui uma pequena cozinha com frigobar. Tudo bem limpo e o quarto possui ar-condicionado.

Unfortunately, I chose to pay at the premises, and the money was collected 5 days before without any notification, and it wasn't specified on the reservation; other than that, everything was nice and good. Great hotel, highly recommended.

El hotel está muy cómodo, no sé si todas las habitaciones, pero en la que estuvimos tenía cocineta, una mesa con sillas y las camas. La atención del personal en recepción es fenomenal, muy cordiales y dispuestos a apoyar. En mi caso la cama adicional aunque era grande, el colchón era un poco incómodo, que sería el único contra, quizá uno más es que aunque está en una zona tranquila de Madrid y muy cercano a supermercados y el metro, no está a pie del centro de la ciudad ni los principales atractivos turísticos. Pero excelente relación precio calidad.

Trip was ok . Wi-Fi barely worked so be prepared to use your own data . Air conditioning struggled to keep room comfortable the entire stay .
