La estancia fue muy decepcionante, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de 4 estrellas. El colchón estaba en un estado lamentable: completamente deteriorado, con los muelles salidos, que se clavaban al tumbarse, haciendo imposible descansar.
Es incomprensible que un alojamiento de esta categoría permita este nivel de descuido en algo tan básico. La relación calidad-precio es muy mala y no está a la altura de lo que se espera.
Aunque el trato del personal fue correcto, no compensa en absoluto una experiencia así. No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos en absoluto.
