I am a regular guest, I am always happy.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, staff very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

The walls were a little thin but the people in the next room were watching the television at very high volume.

Happy enough with our stay for the price we paid but the rooms definitely need an update.
Pros:

It was okay. We attended a function there so it was very convenient. I felt lucky to get a room.
The reception staff were very friendly and pleasant.

Cons:

The beds were very small. The decor in the room was enormously dated and cheap looking. There was visible dust collecting in the button holes of the fabric headboard.
The bathroom only had one towel, despite being booked for two people.
