There was nothing to like.
The hotel was dirty, not maintenance, and staff was rude. We had a queen suite that had stains on the wall, the pull out couch was falling apart, trash was left by staff in the hallway for over 12 hours. When ask for 2 extra pillows received 2 pillows, 1 was a standard hotel pillow the other was dirty and smelled, wasnt standard size, looked like it came from lost and found. When I took it back to the front desk they laughed about it and said night shift must have gotten it out of his car, as it did not belong to the hotel.
There was a boil water order which they didn't tell us before we arrived. We asked but the person at the front desk didn't know why there was a boil order, so we didn't know how much we could use the water. I looked it up on line, but couldn't find anything. They did offer us a couple of bottles of water, but it wasn't enough. We had to use it to brush our teeth.
The breakfast was terrible. There was hardly enough food. The bathroom needed updating. The place overall needed updating. Older finishes and carpeting make the place feel unclean. Won't go back.
The breakfast was better than expected and open til 10 which was great for 11 am check out.
It was very difficult to find in the dark. iPhone GPS was unreliable. But front desk gave great directions to help. The front door was broken so it was extremely cold.
Rooms were spacious
Water boil in effect when we got there
Tub had a hole in the side of it. Carpets were filthy. Main room TV didn’t

Location and price.
Not as clean as it should have been (Marriott)
Our flight was weather diverted to the area and grateful to get a room so late and at such short notice. The room was comfortable, clean and large.
We were unable to get a receipt which was important to get reimbursed by the airline. We were told we have to get it from Booking.com since we booked through them. Fingers crossed it won't be an issue.
I had prepaid the room when it was booked. Now, one week later I have a charge for $151 and two pending charges for $20 and $120. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like no one had swept behind the bathroom door for weeks.
