Perfect spot for a great weekend with friends.
Pros:

The Hotel Westport Kansas City is a gem. The rooms were spotless and really nicely appointed — exactly what you want after a long day. The location is perfect too, with easy access to all the great shops, restaurants, and sites Westport has to offer. But what really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to support our event. You could tell they genuinely cared about making it a success. We’ll absolutely be back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Grateful for my stay
Pros:

I had the best experience here. Everyone was welcoming and kind. Absolutely recommend when you want to stay in KC. You know a business is well ran when the GM is spoken so highly by the staff. Genuine hospitality from everyone. I appreciate them for making my stay in KC so memorable. Thank you so much for everything

This Hotel gets a 10 Star Review!
Pros:

Absolutely AMAZING! The Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The beds and pillows are amazing! If you have a bad back or neck, definitely come to this hotel! The staff was amazing from the front desk girls, to the man that cleaned my room, to the staff in the restaurant… EXCELLENT! I have to mention Shamika though. She was the first person I saw when I arrived and the last person when I left. She is amazing, professional and such a great sense of humor. Both ladies made me laugh when I checked in. I wish I could remember her name too. Great location as well and Starbucks is .5 miles down the street! I’ll 💯 % come again!

Great find in KC.
Pros:

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. Style and comfort were superb. I was particularly surprised by the quality of the restaurant and the restaurant staff. Kevin in the restaurant was very accommodating and serves a great biscuit & gravy. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Room was similar to advertised. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. There was also security patrolling the lots around the area. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always kind.

Cons:

Parking was very limited. There was not a coffee pot or microwave in the room, which was sad, but not actually that big of a deal.
