Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Muito bom café da manhã com omeletes e panquecas feitos na hora a seu gosto. Localização central excelente, fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos.

Cons:

Poderiam dar mais atenção a academia de ginástica que apesar de ter um ótimo espaço não tem muitos aparelhos e acessórios.

Was nice, will definitely visit again.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice, and the breakfast was excellent. However, we would have appreciated having baked beans or chicken livers available as part of the buffet selection.

Cons:

There was one thing I would like to mention: our beds did not have fitted sheets. I am not sure whether this is standard practice at your hotel, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.

I would also like to mention that, as someone who works in the hospitality industry, I found it unfortunate to witness staff members arguing in front of guests during breakfast service. While I understand that challenges can arise in any workplace, it did detract somewhat from the overall guest experience.

Alles gut - Für einen Citytrip nach Kapstadt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
Pros:

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen. Wir waren ausserhalb der Saison in Kapstadt und waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich.
Mit Uber konnte man ohne Schwierigkeiten von A nach B gelangen. Auch eine Haltestelle vom Hopp-On Hopp-Off-Bus war gleich um die Ecke

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung.
Die Lage war ganz OK aber unmittelbar ausserhalb des Hotels gab es nichts weiteres.
