Great location and huge room!
Pros:

Location is perfectly placed between many busy neighborhoods offering multiple food and drink choices.

Cons:

Elevators were slow and many were out of service, for a multi story high-rise this was problematic. Hard to effectively function during busy times.

Cons:

Das Bad,Dusche in Badewanne ein Katastrophe alt backen,Waschbecken gerissen, Strahler in der Baddecke ohne Funktion,Küche vorhanden Altgeräte un modern ,Kühlschrank sehr laut und hat der Zahn der Zeit Spuren hinterlassen, Fenster offen Tauben kamen rein,
Preis Leistung gar nicht gegeben, da nützt auch nicht der moderne neuere Eingangs oder Restaurant erreichen
Frühstück 5 Gerichte die Woche nicht viel Abwechslung. Schade aber für soviel Geld den Tag habe ich besseres erwartet.

Pros:

The room was clear and with a great view. It had a small working/eating area with silverware, a small fridge and a microwave. The location is excellent, about 1km from downtown and 2km from Stanley Park (which is great green area).

Cons:

I selected this hotel because of the sauna (mentioned in Booking.com), but I couldn't find it. It seems the hotel had a SPA in past, but it isn't any longer active.
There is a steam bath in the changing area next to the pool/fitness, but it was too stinky, so I didn't use it.
The room needs soundproofing (although I was staying in a top floor, i could still hear the noise the the traffic). At least, they provided some earplugs!

Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would do so again, the staff were wonderful.
Pros:

The spacious room was fantastic, the location was absolutely superb. Very comfortable beds, and nice and quiet at night, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The airconditioner did not work, the window curtains did not block out the light sufficiently. Also some lights in the room did not work and the lifts were a little slow during peak times.

Pros:

The location is great, close to Robson Plaza and Grandville street. Close to many stores and restaurants. Both metro lines are 10 minutes away, and within 20 minutes walk you can reach Canada place and stanley park. The stadium and Gastown are about 25 minutes easygoing walk.

Cons:

Besides the lobby, the hotel is showing its age. The carpet on the walkways is worn. The elevators are spotty and the buttons don't light up on some floors. In our room, the windows are single panel, which means we heard the pleasant sounds of geese, ducks, and seagulls all night. And unfortunately, the constant sound of police and ambulance sirens (there're several homeless persons nearby). The window shades don't close completely and had to get creative to keep light out. The bathroom shower faucet and handle were loose and the toilet wobbles.
