Excellent location and layout. Poor provision for tea-making and very slow lifts,
Pros:

Layout worked very well for sharing space. Balcony was a bonus and garden good.

Cons:

NO provision for boiling water or provision of tea bags or milk. Noisy sirens, Very slow lift in the morning of departure. 35 minutes. Tap over the shower took a very long time to warm up.

Posizione centrale comodissima per raggiungere vari punti della città a piedi, camera con vista e molto spaziosa. Colazione di ottima qualità.

Cons:

Prezzo ESAGERATO per il tipo di hotel, salotto e cucina trascurati e da rinnovare. La colazione la danno come "inclusa" quando in realtà ti danno un voucher che copre a malapena un piatto e un caffè, tutto il resto finisci a pagarlo. Un giorno avevano un gruppo grosso a colazione a cui avevano fatto un buffet, e a noi dell hotel non hanno permesso di fare la normale colazione ma solo partecipare al buffet a un prezzo pure maggiorato, direi una follia.

Spacious and good location with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the guys that worked in the bar.
The room was spacious, the bed big and comfortable, and the breakfast had lots of choices

Cons:

The only thing that needed improving is the hot water flow. Took ages to get hot water in the shower. It was also a premium price for rooms, but think this was due to Fifa world cup on.

Spacious room. Good location. Clean facilities. Good value for the money. Free breakfast during the world cup is extra value for the money :)

Cons:

A little old facility. No AC in the bedroom, only AC in the living room. The bedroom we lived in is facing the west, can be very hot when we come back in the evening. The bathroom is small, hard for two persons to use simultaneously.

Experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home
The staff were very friendly and the restaurant Cprime was really good.
There was a large, nice breakfast buffet.
It's an old hotel and you can see it, but the room was nice and clean,

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a large ship's engine when we turned it on.

The windows are only single-layered and it doesn't block out the street noise, even if you live on the 17th floor.

Pros:

The hotel is well-located in a central part of Vancouver. We used the hop-on-hop-off bus stop at the hotel to access this tourist offering and orientate ourselves in the city.
The room was comfortable and the bathroom functional.
The luggage storage service was well-organised.

Cons:

I had booked for twin beds and there was a king-sized bed instead.

Wifi did not work in my room and there was too much queue at the elevators to come back down to the receptiom and ask to solve the problem.
In previous stays, wifi worked perfectly so I guess it was just a temporary pb.

Great location. Apartment very comfortable

Air conditioning didn’t work. Slept with the door open for ventilation. Right next to the hospital so very noisy with ambulances and sirens all night.

Pros:

Habitaciones grandes y lumpias. Muy bien situado vas a todo andando la verdad que eso es fantástico.

Cons:

Hay bastante a ruidos, la ducha es muy antigua y suena mucho y se escucha a las habitaciones de al lado cuando se duchan como si fuera la propia ducha, para el precio que tiene debería renovar ya los grifos.

Pros:

Room was great size and location was great for travel on the hop on hop off bus and nearby bus, trains. Great to have a market and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enoyed my stay, and would gladly rebook on my next trip to Vancouver.
