Studio Suites with full kitchen have limited inventory and are available on request only - not guaranteed.

Great location/price to downtown great staff lovely room with views towards the bay

Road noise especially from emergency vehicles as a major hospital is next door, but the value must be taken into account, light sleepers might need to book elsewhere

Loved the location and the huge rooms
Pros:

Great size rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, and good location. We liked the option to not have rooms serviced for a $10 a day voucher for coffee shop

Cons:

No tissues in room, shower was weak and sometimes water was lukewarm. Front of house staff were indifferent at checkin (other interactions with different staff at other times was better)

Pros:

車椅子利用者として滞在していました
ドアマンが親切な対応をしてくれました
キッチン付きのお部屋でカーペットだったため広い間取りで足の不自由な母も快適に過ごせました

Cons:

シャワーの水圧があまりなかったです
忙しい時間帯には4台あるエレベーターがなかなかきません
ランドリーもなかなか空いていることがなく宿泊客の数の割に洗濯機の数が少ないと思いました

Very poor internet. Couldn't do any work. Even complained about it but nothing really helped. Internet was so very slow. We couldn't work from the room at all

affordable luxury!
Pros:

easy check in, spacious room

Cons:

Minor thing could'nt control heat in seperate bedroom, got very stuffy as no air circulation either. Of course being next door to the hospital have to be prepared to listen to sirens.
