Mediocre
Pros:

The booking was a pain even using a travel agent. The price was ridiculous & when it dropped more than $200 a couple of months later they would not give us a break. The restaurant was mediocre at best and overpriced.

World cup
Pros:

I didn't know the world cup was held in Canada when I stayed this hotel. So the price were higher than ordinary term. If the timing was not such a busy time, the value would be more reasonable.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage aus welcher zu Fuss die Stadt erkundigt werden kann. Appartement mit Küchenzeile war praktisch mit zwei Kindern. Frühstücksbuffet war grandios!

Cons:

Es ist recht laut da an einer viel befahrenen Strasse und direkt neben einem Spital.

One night of care
Pros:

We only stayed for one night at the Century Plaza Hotel. Although it was only one night we enjoyed the exceptional view, a room service meal from C Prime restaurant which was prepared and delivered within 30 minutes. The meal was exceptionally delicious, prepared well, delivered right off the grill and the best room service we’ve experienced in a hotel. The service in the hotel was exceptional. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. We also experienced the free buffet breakfast. It exceeded our expectations completely. The buffet was large, lots of selection, beautifully displayed and delicious! We felt cared for, well taken care of and wished we had been able to stay longer. Thank you!

Experience a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant Cprime was really good.
There was a large, nice breakfast buffet.
Our room was nice and clean.

Cons:

It's an old hotel and you can see it. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a large ship's engine when we turned it on.
The windows are only single-layered and it doesn't block out the street noise, even if you live on the 17th floor.

Great central location with spacious comfortable apartment studio accommodation.
Pros:

Location was perfect for easy access to places I wanted to visit.

Cons:

Breakfast booking was problematic. I was commonly told that my preferred booking time was fully booked, only to find if I turned up at my preferred time I could get in and the breakfast area was not even half full. As a single traveller I could always eat at the bar and only took 15 minutes to have breakfast. I don't know how the booking system worked but it would appear to be based on a numbers limit rather than actual seating space. Some staff were not very accommodating when I tried to point this out, very much being driven by what the computer booking system told them rather than actual physical occupation.

A great hotel.
Pros:

Room size was excellent - could spread out a bit. Breakfast quality was superb. Having a coin operated guest laundry helped enormously.

Cons:

Rooms are a little noisy - I was surprised how much street noise intruded even though we were on the 27th floor.
