We love Fernandina Beach, go often (even day trips) and this will be our go-to place to stay from now on.
Pros:

The staff are always so nice when I visit. Chanton was really nice and welcoming when we checked in.

My friend and I visited for only 24 hours but we had the best time!

The stay was very pleasent and refreshing
Pros:

The property was within walking distance to the beach, the place was very clean and kept up, the staff was super friendly and outgoing. It was a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could have been better and the bed was nice the first night but it felt hard after that but was still manageable.

OK but not up to prior Hampton Inn experiences.
Pros:

Location = very good. Staff = very friendly.

Cons:

Shower = bath tub, not safe, water not strong, shower stall shown on website does not match reality. Apples, bananas = good; breakfast = bad, over processed, not natural. Mattress, too soft and lumpy. Carpet dirty, nasty.

The location was great to get to the beach and the restaurants were great. It’s also close to downtown.

Cons:

The room had terrible humidity problems. They had a dehumidifier set up which nobody had emptied and it was full. I had to empty it 3 times. The front desk said because it’s Florida which is nonsense because I’ve lived in Florida for Forty years and I’ve been to plenty of hotels without humidity problems. Everything was wet in the room like the rug and the soap in a brand new box was wet.

I believe the property was beautiful and inviting.
Beautiful pool and great breakfast!
Interior of hotel is beautiful and smells sanitized, clean, and would never know that this is a pet friendly hotel because it does not smell like pets at all!
