One of the best Hampto Inns
Pros:

Have actually stayed here 4 times over the last few years. Always stay here when we visit our daughter who lives in Yulee. We almost always stay at Hampton Inns when we travel. This is one of the best. Property is clean. The staff from the desk to maintenance to kitchen are friendly and welcoming. Recent stay was 3 days and room was made up every day unlike most other properties we’ve stayed at since the pandemic. Convenient to everything on the island. Good value. Always a pleasure to stay here when.

Great hotel and friendly staff!
Pros:

I stayed last week, in town to visit my sister. The hotel was clean and well-appointed and is in a convenient location. All of the staff members I encountered were extremely polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Angela Reeves who was delightful. She and her team do a great job and have a nice property I woudl highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Next time I visit, I will absolutely choose this hotel.

Even though this hotel has been there for years and it has been somewhat updated, but I must say that everything was in good shape and the room, bathroom and common areas were all spotlessly clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was fresh with many options, even several hot choices. The gentleman in attendance of the breakfast buffet was constantly checking things, replenishing things and constantly cleaning up both mornings we were there. Very impressive. We would definitely go back.

Dirty hotel without any attention to detail.
Pros:

Hampton Inn, Sadler Road, Fernandina Beach, Florida: My husband and I stayed three nights in early December 2025. The hotel is NOT clean. I witnessed housekeeping placing clean bed sheets on the hallway carpet before making beds.
The shower grout was discolored and moldy, the bath floor tile was very dirty as were the carpets. The upholstered furniture was grimy. The arms on the blue chair were brown with whatever! The breakfast area was very unappetizing. We went out to eat breakfast. I am a Hilton member but will not stay in a Hampton Inn or a Hilton property again.
