Great base for a stay in Fukuoka
Pros:

Has one of the most spectacular entry lobbies I have seen. Rooms are large, modern and well appointed with good bathrooms, coffee making machine and comfortable beds and pillows. Location is good a few minutes from Hakata station. Very good value for money, the city is lively, has an unusual buzz for Japan with street food and vendors and is a good base to explore Kyushu.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a really nice hotel.

This was our first ever stay in Japan and the hotel was exceptional. The lobby was like something out of Harry Potter, a massive library, with walls of books you could read at your leisure. The rooms was superb, comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they were so polite, helpful and welcoming.

I asked for a bottle of water from the counter, & they said 2 bottles already placed in our room. I did not want to go up just to drink, and they could not even give 1 complimentary bottle f water
