房間空間以在福岡住宿來說算蠻大的，兩個行李箱全開沒有問題，窗戶蠻大、光線不錯

Cons:

櫃檯的員工素質不一，剛去check in 時的員工感覺很不耐煩，對於外國客沒有意願想理解對方所表達的意思，詢問意思會一直重複講一樣的話。但回程前詢問的櫃檯人員就很有耐心，也很會跟外國客溝通，能馬上理解意思、並翻譯解釋。

預けたスーツケースがなかなか探せなかったこと、朝食の説明がなくこちらから聞いて案内があったこと、朝食へ９時ごろ行くと１０時までです！と迷惑そうに説明をしていたことです　スタッフの皆さんお忙しいのは分かりますがもう少しクッション言葉を使いお客様の目線で対応していただけると気持ち良く過ごせると感じました
