The breakfast was excellent! staff was friendly, room was clean
the bed was not very comfortable
The continental breakfast was so delicious, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful
The location was convenient
We had no hot water. After a long day of traveling, when you get to a hotel you just want a hot shower and sleep. The water was ice cold. They also double charged us for our room. We booked through booking but when I got my credit card bill, Fairfield had charged us also at a slightly higher rate. It’s been a month and I am still fighting with them to try and get my money back. It was not booking.com fault - it’s Marriott that I am having issues with
It was clean
That i should have been told the pool wasn't working. Also the price was to be 233.00 and my charge was 330.00
Staff was friendly & helpful. Lobby immaculate & rooms clean.
I went here late at night because it was so dark so I just decided to stay at this hotel. When I tell you this was the nicest comfiest hotel I stayed at I am telling the truth! They had the comfiest beds ever, the friendliest staff, the breakfast was so good! They just went into new renovation so everything is new!!! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others to stay here too!!!
Kitchen employee was very kind. House keeping keeps it nicely cleaned. Conveniently located
Room door did not shut all the way, make sure you push it so it does close. Issues with key cards and someone that was not us checked us out at 4:45 am while we were still asleep. The lighting in the room was very dim. Pillows are lumpy. Pool closed for renovations. But if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. My husband liked the huge TV.
very good breakfast good variety
nothing
We appreciated especially the well-maintained breakfast area and the cheery woman who ran it.
The elevators were having problems, and maybe caused the gasoline smell in the hallway. It was so strong it made me sick. For a Fairfield I was dissapointed.
Hotel that feels exceptionally safe can be hard to find: but I know it when I feel it. As an adult woman traveling alone across the state, it’s always lovely to be greeted in place that has genuine hospitality.
When I arrived late at night , Della ( thank you!!) greeted me with warmth and offered snacks and kindness. This meant so much to me. I will save this hotel for the next time I am coming through Billings. Cheers and thanks!
Not much
Elevator didn’t work, breakfast was barely adequate. Hotel was overpriced for the quality. Definitely not up to Marriott standards
WiFi would not connect and pool and elevator out of operation. I have limited mobility.
Large tv nice. Not many lights in room. Shower water took awhile to heat up.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. My room was very clean and the location of this hotel is in a great spot I would recommend staying here. I will definitely be back!
Liked the room being COLD when i walked into it. TV was great.
Door not closing completely upon leaving. had to be forced to close.
Under Renovation price way too high not all the amenities were available elevator not working poor parking no fire alarm in the room. Shower door would not close all the way.
I travel a lot for work and have generally had good experiences with Marriott but this hotel was nowhere near the quality of any other Marriott I’ve stayed at. It felt like a budget motel with the “premium” price of staying with a big brand.
When we arrived, there was construction equipment outside, so we anticipated some things being affected by renovations. The pool was closed for renovation, which we were fine with since it was just a quick stop on the way through Montana. When we got up to our room, it had a strong caulking smell, so it seemed like it was recently renovated. Looking through the bathroom, it looked lik
Hotel was nice staff at front desk were not nice nor friendly. Had an issue with my reservation through Expedia and it took me an hour to check in and over 2 hours to try and resolve the issue. Thank goodness Expedia took care of the issue.
