Room nice and clean. Pool was good. Price was right

It was a great stay! The only thing I did not quite prefer is that I’m assuming Indian owners live on the property, because the smell of their cooking is so strong! Throughout my three days stay that is all I smelled! The cleanliness was good. The parking lot could use some updating.

Friendly staff with closed pool and hot tub that was prominently advertised, debris and chaos in halls, hair in tub, holes in shower walls, random stains, old beanie cap near bed, stained towel, crumbs and debris on carpet - and this was in 1st and 2nd room they moved me to because the 1st room was so dirty.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay for the price, but there is a few basic areas that this place is deficient in. Staff are not identified by any name tags or clothing that indicates them as staff. This has been mentioned by past reviews before, and still no change. It would be nice to be able to easily identify who the staff are. The room was poorly vacuumed, with areas by the bathroom and window missed. The rest of the room was clean. The bedroom and bathroom were descent size, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. The toilet was not reliable; sometimes it flushed well, and sometimes had difficulty flushing down a little bit of toilet paper, requiring multiple flushes. The room did not have a phone or alarm clock in it which should be standard. The pool area was clean and hot tub was one of the better ones I've been in for having good jets and heat. The common areas of the hotel appeared to be kept up well. The breakfast was limited, but fair for the price paid. It was disappointing that the Fitness Center was closed as it was listed on the website a month ago when I made the reservation. To the hotel's credit, it was not currently listed during my stay. Major issue was with the internet. When it worked, it worked well. Second night it did not work, into the morning when I checked out. I was informed by multiple staff that it had been an issue for a year and a half. Either hold the internet provider accountable, change carriers, or do not indicate internet access as a service when it's known to have frequent issues. The lack of internet service was not acceptable. I would stay here again if the internet service became reliable because it was a good stay for the money, just missing a few of the elementary issues.

The rooms were clean. the beds were comfortable. I pointed out three different times the stain in the hallway that somebody had made and nobody could clean it up

Clothes closet door broken, no drinking cups in bathroom and toilet paper so thin your fingers went through it!

We were very pleased with your hotel. It is very well kept & clean. Room was basic, but very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Pool/hot tub area was also clean and it was nice to sit in the hot tub! Breakfast was basic, but enough to get us going in the morning🙂. We will definitely be staying here again on a Fargo 'run'!

Nice place

This has become our go to place to stay in Fargo. It is nice and clean, has continental breakfast, which has a good variety of options, has a nice sized pool and a great hot tub. The beds are actually really comfortable! I have stayed at some hotels in Fargo for twice the price but this one has never disappointed so it is now the place where we always stay, great for the whole family

Sometimes the hallway would smell like cigarette smoke - rubbish left on the outside of the hall

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, the service is great, the team members are very great workers. Breakfast is great, amazing options , good mints at the desk! Rooms were clean and smelled nice, great area it’s located in.

LOVE having 24 hour hot tub and pool access. I will say the water was so chlorinated that it actually bleached out our swimsuits but I guess that’s better than not enough. The breakfast is definitely lacking but the location, cost, and pool/hot tub access were totally worth it. I will forever stay at this hotel!

Room was dirty, so many items were broken, it smelled like smoke very bad. We asked to change rooms and they said there was no rooms available

The location is a bit tricky to get to, GPS wasn't much help. Luckily, their road sign is clearly visible from the highway which makes it easy to find the facility.
Check in was a breeze, even without a prior reservation. Front desk clerk was friendly, courteous and professional. The room was actually nicer than I'd expected for the price, with king-sized bed, usually for that price point one gets a single queen, mini fridge, microwave, wardrobe with iron and board. The room was very clean, the internet was fast and easy to connect. I did hear some guys from the room next door coming and going a couple of times, but otherwise, it was nicely quiet and peaceful. Yes, I'd definitely stay here again!
