Limpieza y cercania.

Cons:

Habia rentado en la seccion de fiesta club dinde hay bocadillos en el piso de arriba. Y los muy codos no ponian como tal. Solo 1 playo con 6 sandwiches para todo un piso.
En la reservacion decia que venia desayuno buffet incluido. Y cuando baje me lo cobraron que porque solo incluian fruta . Engañan a la gente con eso.

El servicio del personal excelente, atienden la más minima petición, las instalaciones bien

Cons:

Algo fundamental para un buen descanso sin duda son las almohadas y son bastante duras y grandes eso no permite un descanso adecuado, de hay en fuera no tengo queja del hotel

Comfortable beds and the hotel is easily accessible with free parking.
Pros:

Location is excellent.

Cons:

There was a foul smell in the hallway the first couple of days during our stay.

We also did not have access to a fridge in our room

Asistimos a fiesta de fin de año, la atención fue excelente!

Cons:

En el check in, esperamos atención y estando una chica desocupada no nos atendió hasta que nos acercamos. Creo que debió atendernos al ver que llegábamos a la recepción.

Viaje de descanso arruinado.
Pros:

El personal super amable. La ubicación del hotel y en general la arquitectura del mismo.

Cons:

Habitación no limpia al 100%, hubo cucarachas vivas dentro de la habitación, las cajas de las amenidades vacías, sin tapete de seguridad para la regadera, teléfono de la habitación no funcionó, además se escuchaba toooodddooooo lo de la habitación contigua, además del ruido de la calle. Lamentable situación.
