Pros:

Our room was upstairs. There are no elevators. I did not know that there were even hotels without elevators anymore when I booked this room but I booked through booking.com and the man at the desk treated me terribly when I ask if we could have a downstairs room because I recently had knee surgery and need an elevator. There’s not an elevator available. I cannot go up and down the stairs very well at all he just put up both of his arms and said you booked with booking.com and I can’t help you so sounds like best. Western needs to quit makingdeals with booking.com. If this is how they are going to treat you.

Watch the towels
Pros:

The pool

Cons:

The fact one towel got stained, and at first they tried to charge me $300 for the towel. And then they charged me $200 for the towel, and didn't bother to tell me until I asked him why they were adding charges to my card. The communication was very poor during the weekend. The lady that ran the front desk kept giving me dirty looks every time. I come up there and then she is the one that tried the $300 and then $200 for a $10 towel.
And they refuse to give my two hundred back

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to go outside the building to get into the pool or lobby. I didn't like that they didn't want to cancel my stay for the next day because I had to go back home.

Probably won't stay at this location again.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Advertised in-room safes but locked and unusable - but was told repeatedly, "they don't charge for the safe". Hair dryer shot sparks out of it when turned on, could have easily caught hair on fire - replacement not available.

It was so close to everything

Cons:

The room could have been a little more clean which dusted and floors cleaner there was a lot of dust and hair on floors light fixtures and desk had dust. But other all I would recommend it and would stay here again.
