A refined and memorable luxury stay with impeccable service.
Pros:

The Westin Osaka delivers a truly refined luxury experience. The property is elegant, impeccably maintained, and offers a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. What stood out most was the professionalism and genuine hospitality of the staff, who made the stay feel both effortless and memorable.

Cons:

There was very little to improve. The location is slightly removed from the busiest parts of Osaka, but this actually creates a quieter and more relaxing environment.

Nice hotel with some disappointing management decisions.
Pros:

The hotel ambience was very nice & we had a lovely room & bath. The amenities were very good. Pillows were the nicest we had in Japan. Breakfast was delicious and the newspaper was a nice touch.

Cons:

We didn’t like having to pay extra for the pool at £10 per person per visit as this was not made abundantly clear upon booking and was surprising for the price of the hotel.
We also appear to have been charged the full amount twice, once acting as a holding deposit on check-in (with an extra security charge on top), and then also on check-out. It should be made clear that this is their practice and a week on we still haven’t received the holding deposit back.

A pleasant and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable with good amenities

Cons:

Location is near to Osaka station, but you still need to walk about 15 minutes or so to reach it. Shuttle is only between 10-6
