Overall we had a great experience
Pros:

Staff, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast were amazing. However, pool was not for under 18 which was disappointing.

Under 18 we’re not alllowed in the pool

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel on the inside. Our room was very spacious, even after including an extra bed as we have one child, it still had plenty of room. The window was massive & our view at night was stunning. The location was perfect & the staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't 100% clean on arrival & you could hear someone's television when it was on, so it made me question can they hear me...
Food at the buffet wasn't worth the money for breakfast at all...

Amazing stay
Pros:

Staff was very attentive, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel is located close to trains/subway, but is also very quiet.

Fantastic rooms in modern hotel 10m walk from Umeda station.
Pros:

Room, service from staff and shuttle bus to station were all great.

Cons:

The hotel didn't seem to have enough breakfast space for all and so we had to wait each morning. Also we tried to go into the bar after returning from dinner and the bar was full.
