Spend the additional 30 bucks and stay at a mediocre but clean hotel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The beds, huge dip kept sliding into it. The toilet was wobbly and the shower was disgusting with mildew in the grouped tile.

Cons:

The heater didn't work in my room and when I told the front desk clerk, she acted like it was my fault and didn't give me any compensation for sleeping in an extremely cold room when the temperature was in the teens that night. I was very disappointed with the service because I have stayed there plenty of times and wasn't treated like that before.
