Non working heater
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The heater didn't work in my room and when I told the front desk clerk, she acted like it was my fault and didn't give me any compensation for sleeping in an extremely cold room when the temperature was in the teens that night. I was very disappointed with the service because I have stayed there plenty of times and wasn't treated like that before.

A super value deal for the services rendered.
Pros:

Room was clean, including the linens. Ground level request was accommodated. A good value for the price. The location was perfect for my stay prior to my hospital stay the next day.

Cons:

Furniture could use some updating, but for the value received, I have no complaints.

Cons:

The rooms are terribly dirty. The mirrors have probably never been wiped. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled of cigarettes as if someone had smoked a minute before. We could not use the air conditioning because it was full of dust.

totally unsatisfactory because the rooms were so nasty and refused to stay
Cons:

Our workers could not stay in these rooms because they were not clean in fact I think the health dept needs to check out the beds because of stains and we had to find another place for our workers to stay.
