The location is closed. They’re currently undergoing renovations and this location is closed not only is it closed but theyre allowing you to book and not offering a refund for a stay
The property is closed. It is burnt down and they still allowed us to book. I am extremely upset as hotels.com has not refunded the cost yet and we arrived to a closed hotel after a long drive. Hotels.com and the hotel itself failed to provide informed availability.
The property was a dump out of 299 rooms 30 were long-term residence 20 were being rented out as motel rooms and the other 249 we’re not being used
This motel is close!!! Out of business!!!
This hotel is closed the door has a sign said under investigation
First of all Walt was very kind and amazing and trying to assist us with the room that we booked. The hotel was in terrible condition it wasn't safe it didn't feel safe around parking the hallways it was like a trap hotel. There were roaches dost balls seem like somebody just left the room you know it's not good when you don't even have coffee or ironing board iron simple things like a hair dryer nothing at all and one trash can The windows you can look outside you see people in the picnic area smoking chilling smoking weed whatever I wouldn't stay there even if it was free.
It was nice for a place i had to find on a whim!!! Food places near cant go wrong with that!!
Under construction
The key to the room and outside door didn’t work but staff were quick to help me.
I was beside a room with a family with loud noisy children until 10 pm.
There was no breakfast. These are the negatives about my stay.
Bathroom wasn't clean, bed looked slept in.
The place is a lil run down. But the staff is great and quite
No body at the desk. There's a number on the desk to call. Called like 6 times. No answer. After finding another hotel. Went back there next day. Talked the gentleman, this gentlemen Wouldn't give me any notice or signage of me having a room. And said I need to contact the GM come Monday.
This place is terrible and unsafe as they are doing construction they gave me a room on the second floor which said no not enter room wad nasty and alot of homeless people hanging around.
A lot of police.activity
Under renovation
Place is a little dated and needs bathroom upgrades. No breakfast. Seemed like there was only 1 employee.
After traveling 11 hours I arrive at the Madison Inn and Suites. The property condition is absolutely terrible. Not as depicted in the pictures. The hotel is extremely unsanitary. Upon checking in my room was not ready and the receptionist asked the manager what to do because they did not have any more clean sheets in the hotel. The manager told the receptionist to tell housekeeping to just fold them up. Right in front of me. The manager told told me that my room would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Almost two hours later my room was still not ready. I went to the restroom and poop was just sitting in the toilet, the other stall was nasty and trash overflowing, both sinks filled with dirty debris, crust on the walls, holes in the ceiling leaking water. Called Expedia and the rep was polite but told me that I could not get a refund because of the hotels no refund policy. I refused to stay there and booked a better hotel through Expedia.
Not even sure where to start…. You have to call some random cell phone to have someone even come to the front desk to check you in. Bright side i suppose is they were pretty friendly. The guests sitting in the lobby with liquor bottles all over the place, the renovations they are doing are questionable at best. Our room happened to have an adjoining room, but can’t lock the door on your side because they painted over everything from the door to the lock, and even the handle. Our room was apparently already renovated but the curtains are barely attached, the room number was written on the door with a sharpie, the shower was filthy with cracked tiles and the popcorn ceiling falling off, the toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor, and the shower curtain was gross to put it nicely. The door had to be forced shut when entering or leaving and unable to lock it from the inside. They are doing renovations at all hours of the night yelling to each other, dragging things, slamming doors, etc. People out in the parking lot hooting and hollering all night right outside our window.
Not bad
Walter, who checked me in, was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. There was a glitch in the computer system but he quickly worked around that and got me into my room right away even though he needed more time to resolve the problem. The refrigerator in my room was broken, but he immediately got me into another room. He’s great at his job.
