Had the pleasure of being taken care of by Bernadette, Desiree, and Ramy M. The experience was phenomenal!!

I'm so grateful for the impeccable service that Joly and Sherry provided for us at the buffet. The food was the delicious and the hospitality had us feel right at home.

We used a large ballroom for a corporate event. The staff is cery helpful and the food is amazing. We have used the space in the past and always had great service. Ramy is always there to make sure everything is going smoothly.

In the midst of a scary spike in my blood sugar Bernadette, Desiree and a young man working with Bernadette on Wednesday helped get me out of the danger zone!!! I’m so thankful for their kindness and care. The 3 of them deserve a raise. They made the Westin feel like family.

One of my most favorite perks of staying at the Westin Mt Laurel is the breakfast! Don’t get me wrong, the heavenly beds, the impeccable house keeping, the premium linens and well appointed rooms are important, but that breakfast! Such a wonderful perk for Elite status. When so many other hotels are cutting back the Westin continues to do it right! I can’t say enough good things about this property and the staff. Incredibly accommodating and could not be more friendly. Mathew and the restaurant staff always makes sure our breakfast is above and beyond expectations.

Genuinely an amazing experience. We booked the hotel ballroom and the staff truly went above and beyond. They were extremely attentive to all of our needs and even wants. When the projector wasn’t working, they spent 30 active minutes ensuring that it did. When the bride was sad that the ice cream ran out before she could have a bite, they went out to get it for her. Thank you to Maghdy, Ramy, and all the wait staff for their excellent work and care.

We had a 58 person family dinner at the Westin Mount Laurel. This the third time at the venue and was by far the best experience we have had. The servers (Desiree, Eldo, Bernadette, and Ramy) were amazing—super attentive to our guests needs and nice. The food was the best serving salmon, brisket, and chicken.

We are going to book next year’s family dinner there

Great stay all around. Rooms were clean and comfortable (particularly beds). Great and friendly staff and service, front desk staff was nice! A special shout to the breakfast Buffett staff Gigi and Matthew who were awesome - we got to the dining room just as they were closing breakfast and they permitted us to eat and linger, all with a smile

The staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, proactively offering thoughtful service and assistance, the setting was highly refined and the breakfast was bountiful.
