The Westin Mount Laurel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Westin at Maunt Laurel, NJ and our experience was largely defined by the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant: Gigi, Sherry and Matthew and at the front desk: Angelina. Shoutout to these 4 staff members. And to the bartenders.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who ensured our check-in process was smooth and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to provide information about the hotel’s amenities and local attractions set a positive tone for our stay. We appreciated their attentiveness and the personalized recommendations they offered, which made us feel valued as guests.
Breakfast and lunch was accompanied by a level of service that demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. Our servers were attentive and pending on every detail. We will go back!
They can improve the House keeping

I just spent two weekends in a row working with my company event at Westin Mount Laurel, and I can honestly say that the staff and service there are EXCEPTIONAL! We held our event in the ballroom and the Banquets and Food & Beverage team is really amazing…catering flawlessly to all of our needs the entire time. In my 3 years doing hotel events around the country, this hotel has been the best! Big thanks to Amir, Ramy, Abanoub, Jeff and the rest of the hotel staff for helping to make our stay and event so comfortable, accommodating and successful. Will definitely book with them again in the future!

Very nice hotel. Used to stay in the Westin in Chicago for work a lot. Very upscale hotel. Great vibes.

We catered a dinner at the Westin and the food, location, and service were all exceptional. We will definitely be back to do more there.

Abanoub went about and beyond to make the day special. He was a huge help to my team and was the kindest soul I met here. If you happen to meet him, you won’t be disappointed, 5 star service.

We had a great stay here at Westin. Loved the ballroom and accommodations. Rooms were big. Food was good. Nice location.

What a welcome! Every staffer was kind and helpful. A wine tasting at the bar, and as always a comfortable room and bed. Above and beyond were Desiree and Seiko who helped me wait out the thunderstorm/flood warning on my last day, July 6, with conversation, coffee and a snack, while encouraging me to stay safe. Thanks so very much!

We are here for a business seminar. Abanoub has need on point! We are in hotels weekly, so his hard work, focus and follow have been appreciated.
