Posizione comoda alla metro, con servizio taxi e Uber fronte struttura,vicina al centro commerciale. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile.Colazione, ampia scelta sul salato, un po meno sul dolce, per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso, cmq nel complesso buona.

Quando ho prenotato ho chiesto se potevamo arrivare prima dell'orario del chek-in indicato su booking. Mi hanno risposto di si e che nel frattempo che aspettavamo la camera potevamo già usufruire della piscina Arrivare e non trovare la piscina accessibile causa lavori mi ha dato parecchio fastidio.Da martedì abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina solo venerdì nel pomeriggio e visto che sabato era in programma di andare al concerto, ne abbiamo usufruito solo un paio d'ore. Ora, visto che la camera quando l'ho prenotata aveva un prezzo di 773€+72€ di IVA x un totale di 850€ x 4 gg., qundo ho aggiunto un giorno mi hanno presentato un conto di 1063€+ 106€ di IVA x un totale di 1169€ , ben 313€ x un giorno in più. Se sapevo che non avevo la piscina a disposizione, prenotavo un hotel in centro senza piscina che mi costava meno. Ne avevo visto diversi ma ho scelto questo proprio x la piscina per poterci rilassare dopo una giornata in giro x visitare la città ma purtroppo non è andata così.La camera a mio avviso non rispecchiava molto una categoria 4 stelle, c'erano alcune imperfezioni (vedi foro),poi capisco che il bidet non c'è perché non è nella loro cultura, ma lo scovolino per il wc almeno si poteva mettere.Mi dispiace ma devo mettere una nota negativa anche a booking perché dovevano informare prima il consumatore e dargli la possibilità di scegliere se trovare un'altra soluzione o per lo meno visto il disservizio far fare lo sconto anche sul giorno aggiunto. State attenti a cosa e quando prenotate ogni variazione ha il suo prezzo e non sempre è specificato.

L’accoglienza… alla reception abbiamo trovato una ragazza di nazionalità Francese e essendo Noi Italiane ci ha completamente snobbato! Preferendo e Dilungandosi con delle sue connazionali Francesi, che oltretutto erano arrivate dopo di noi per fare il check in..Addirittura le ha accompagnate (lasciando la sua postazione) fin fuori la porta vetro d’entrata, facendo salotto per almeno 5 minuti con loro e facendo rimanere in attesa a noi e ad altri gruppi in fila dietro.
Deludente!
C’è la metro vicina ma se dovete andare allo stadio per qualche concerto, l’hotel è mal collegato (sia bus che metro, vanno bene solo per andare in centro). Se avete un concerto prenotate un Uber andata e ritorno.
