Cons:

Le service au bar. J’ai demandé un capuchino et elle m’a apporté une boisson bizarre au café. Je lui ai dit que ce n’était pas un capuchino et elle m’a avoué que la machine était brisait. J’avais préfère qu’elle me dise que la machine etait abimé et pas m’apporter n’importe quoi. Finalment ça bien fini j’ai demandé autre chose.

Wenn man am Hotel vorbei fährt ist die Garage ausgeschildert.

Von anderer Seite folgend der Adresse vom Hotel gibt es in Reihe zwei Einfahrten. Keine Ausschilderung - keine Info vom Hotel. Man muss die zweite hintere Einfahrt nehmen.
Man könnte einfach auch auf der Seite einen Hinweis geben mit einem Schild

Séjour Novotel Grenoble
Pros:

Hôtel très proche de la gare et au cœur du centre d'affaires, plutôt cosy pour une grande chaîne. Chambre propre et lit confortable. Personnel à l'accueil avenant et cordial.

Cons:

Bruit de l'ascenseur le matin toutes les minutes: chambre juste en face. Le personnel du petit déjeuner pourrait être plus disponible ( il faut presque aller les chercher en cuisine) et aimable. Pas de bonjour lorsqu'il vous trouve en salle.

Die Lobby war einladend.
Das Peronal beim Check in war freundlich und geduldig.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht es gab aber nur 2 Handtuch Sets.
Die Toilettenpapierrolle wirkte wie Benutzt.
Es war ein abgerissen Stück in die Rolle geklemmt.
Toilettenbrille war vergilt wirke beschmutzt.

Heel moderne ruime kamer. Prima bed.
Uitgebreid ontbijt

Cons:

De receptie medewerkster gaf niet voldoende info over de parkeersituatie.
Ook moest ik een voorschot betalen van €200.- en werd het creditcard nummer gevraagd. Vind ik dubbelop. Daarbij komt dat de kamerkaart niet correspondeerde met de aangegeven kamer.
Dus kregen we een andere kamer op een andere etage. Wel vervelend!
