Wonderful stay!
Pros:

My wife booked this hotel for a family trip. It is well-located, with well-equipped rooms and a friendly staff. The receptionists, in particular Emma and Valentina, were very helpful and kind upon our arrival and departure. Extra care for our children was an added benefit. I recommend it!

Très bien par rapport a avant. Le bar et la salle du déjeuner aussi très chaleureux

Cons:

Il manque le petit matériel de toilettes douche ( charlotte de bain, coton-tige, coton....) très déçue. Le niveau des hôtels Novotel n'est plus ce qu'il était. Le ménage pas fait dans notre chambre tout notre séjour

la position géographique

Cons:

Séjour du 2 au 5 décembre 2025 à Grenoble, dans le cadre d’un congrès.
Une catastrophe du début à la fin.
Travaux tous les jours de 8h à 18h, jamais annoncés lors de la réservation : impossible de se reposer, impossible de travailler, impossible de faire une sieste. On paie un hôtel, on se retrouve dans un chantier.
Les cartes qui se démagnétisent 6 à 8 fois par jour, et en prime on nous accuse que “c’est à cause de nos téléphones”, alors que ce n’est absolument pas le cas. Résultat : navette permanente entre la chambre et la réception. On a l’impression de passer plus de temps à l’accueil qu’à sa propre chambre.
Le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas : souffle d’air glacé, totalement inutilisable. Personne n’a été capable de m’en fournir un autre, j’ai dû sortir le soir avec les cheveux mouillés en plein mois de décembre. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing.
Et pour couronner le tout : aucun geste commercial au départ. Rien. Pas même un mot d’excuse.
Les prix, par contre, eux, sont bien au niveau d’un vrai 4 étoiles… contrairement aux prestations.
J’avais une réservation au Novotel Paris Porte de Versailles semaine prochaine que je vais annuler. Après ce séjour, inutile de dire que je suis profondément déçue et que je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans un Novotel avant longtemps.
