I got stuck at this hotel due to bad weather. otherwise Iwould have never stayed

The eggs were good for breakfast

Cons:

No laundry, room had previous guests items that smelled rancid. The elevator did not work. The tv was slow and didn’t have many channels. The room was uncut and dirty. I asked for a room on one of the ends and the places me in the exact middle next to the elevator that did not work. The only way out of the parking lot was up a steep hill it snowed. I got stranded there for 2 extra nights

Los empleados son TODOS muy amables.

Cons:

Dejan fumar marihuana en El Hotel, las sábanas, las almohadas, TODO huele a marihuana. Sin duda, no volvería a este hotel, ni le recomendaría a nadie que fuera, hasta que no terminen las remodelaciones. Pero también deben prohibir que fumen dentro del hotel si quieren que algún día ese hotel huela agradable.

The front desk attendants were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a lot of work in progress, which was not disclosed prior to my stay. The place is currently undergoing renovations which results in constant worksite noise from 10-5. Once receiving my key and entering my room, I began to itch after making contact with the bed linens. I had to request clean linens. The manager accompanied the person making the delivery, and plainly stared during the exchange (awkward). Lastly, on the day of checkout, the water service was interrupted, guests did not receive any notice. When it was restored, the water was running brown. When I visited the desk for checkout, I asked about the situation along with compensation for the interruption as running water is essential, to which the attendant responded, “we have water now.” The heating unit also emits a high pitch squeak for 2 minutes Everytime it starts and stops.
