Other than the concerns stated above, I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The location is convenient for me to visit my son.

Cons:

The on-going construction work. The carpet in the room had dirty patched and the shower curtain had some mold spots.

The furniture was stained and torn, paint was peeling off the ceiling, the bathroom was full of mold and we complained 3 times about the Marijuana being smoked around our room was so bad we tried stuffing towels around the door and finally checked out after 2nd night but they charged us for all 4 nights. Worst accommodations ever.

I got stuck at this hotel due to bad weather. otherwise Iwould have never stayed

The eggs were good for breakfast

Cons:

No laundry, room had previous guests items that smelled rancid. The elevator did not work. The tv was slow and didn’t have many channels. The room was uncut and dirty. I asked for a room on one of the ends and the places me in the exact middle next to the elevator that did not work. The only way out of the parking lot was up a steep hill it snowed. I got stranded there for 2 extra nights
