Disappointing with inconvenient circumstances.

Cons:

Needs updating. Carpeted floors in one of the rooms we booked. Dirty carpet throughout building. Tv and phone didn’t work upon arrival. Instead of giving us a new room like we requested the front desk clerk told us maintenance had to check it. So she sent a maintenance man into our room at 11:30 at night after traveling all day.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The customer service was exceptional! From the maids, to the front desk reception. Check in went smoothly, they upgraded our room at no charge. Breakfast was wonderful.

No chairs around poolside.

Comfort Inn will not be my next choice for a stay

Rarely cleaned my room and when they did they’d unplug my alarm for some reason every time. Along with broken appliances and stains in the tub. Wouldn’t be a big deal though if it didn’t cost so much.

Property description did not match actual facility. No indoor pool as described. Outside pool was available yet, no towels provided nor was area clean. Trash overflowing. People in pool were not from hotel, they lived in surrounding locale. Temperatures of room were to be kept at specific degree setting or extreme condensation was evident over entire room/floor and surface areas. Very cold with not enough blankets provided. Front desk clerk never mentioned breakfast or times offered. He argued as I checked in that I had requested a second floor, which I did not, with 20 month old child I would not. My only request was a non-smoking room.
