Location is great, everything else fees like a motel 6.
Pros:

The only perk of this hotel is the location.

Cons:

The room was small, and awkward to move around, poorly furnished and not dark enough to sleep at night. Wall sound insulation was terrible and I could hear everyone in the adjacent rooms and the hallway.

Way exceeded expectations - lovely boutique hotel that really is undersold online. Ideal location!
Pros:

Excellent location within walking distance of all public transport and loads of tourist attractions. Perfect base for a first-time visitor to Toronto

Cons:

Some tiny bits of maintenance needed - walls a little scuffed in bedroom. No full length mirror in the room was inconvienient and the lighting above the only mirror in the bathroom was awful for doing make-up!

Pros:

The location was great, 8 mins from Union Station and Scotia Bank arena. Lots of transport options nearby. The room was clean and drip coffee bags were replenished daily.

Bathroom was a little dated but it did the job.

Very well located city hotel.
Pros:

Location was central to downtown Toronto. Room for a city hotel was very spacious, and was good value for the price paid.

古いホテルの伝統のある感じがよかった。立地も便利。

Cons:

デポジットとしてカードの提示だけじゃなく17000円の利用通知が上がったので返金されるか不安だった。テレビがつかなかった。

Great hotel in the centre of town.
Pros:

Though a very old building, rooms are very clean abd confortable. Location was great within walking distance of the waterfront, main attractions and shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was incredible.

Posizione ottima,centralissima.Struttura nuova,stanze confortevoli.Prezzo decisamente alto e comunque pochi i servizi offerti.

Cons:

Sicuramente il servizio pulizia.Approssimativo e poco curato,carenza di shower gel che ho dovuto chiedere in reception.Sicuramente da migliorare.
