Central location, but noisy
Pros:

Very good central location. The deluxe room was spacious

Cons:

The room was faced to the busy Yonge Street, so it was quite noisy, even at night.

Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

The room was small, corner room with both windows looking at wall. No refrigerator in the room. There was a complicated option for using the streaming on the TV and it did not work for us.

Convenient location to union station.

Grest Location
Pros:

Locaton
Front entrance of hotel
Atmosphere of hotel
Bed was comfortable
Good room temperature
Tea andcoffee facility if needed
Felt safe as solo traveller
Close ti Union Station

Cons:

I understand my one window facing a brick wall (305), but weirdly i had curtains could not fully close and no netting in between the curtains. So no privacy but there was another room adjacent that could potentially see me.
Television ws over complicated and never successfully could get a programme on it. I do not tend to call hotel reception about how to turn on televisions.

Cons:

Water turned off in the morning while I was in shower. This was without warning. Staff was not helpful and keep insisting it will be back “as we speak”. K checked out and it want back by then. Leaving for a meeting with out shower and with soap was unacceptable.

It was so good, we have decided it will be our recurring Toronto hotel.
Pros:

A nice queen bed, small but not claustrophobic. No bar fridge or microwave. You control the heat/AC. 6th-floor room facing a brick wall, but that wasn't an issue. Street noise was never a problem. Full bath, daily room refreshing service. Mossop's restaurant was pleasant with good food and live music on some evenings. There are electrical outlets available if you need a place to work and eat. Walking distance to the Eaton's Centre, St. Lawrence Market (YOU HAVE TO GO THERE!), and the entertainment district.

Perfect location
Pros:

One of the front desk staff members from Nepal left a very strong impression on me. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but that doesn't diminish the overall positive impression I have of the hotel.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel which is very well positioned in Yonge Street. Hotel is walking distance to the Hockey Hall of Fame, Union Station, and CN Tower. A subway is nearby (Line 1) which is very handy. Hotel staff are excellent they are very friendly and professional in their dealings. Special shout out to Dinesh who assisted in a personal request ref the tea provided by the Hotel, which was lovely. Room was cleaned daily. I had a very enjoyable stay and if I’m ever back in Toronto I will certainly stay again. An excellent Hotel and certainly value for money compared to others.

The Hotel does not provide laundry service on site however after an earlier review on a different platform the Hotel did clarify that the service is provided by a third party. Good to know as a staff member had earlier told me there was none.

Will definitely use again if I return to Toronto.

No laundry service provided so bear that in mind
Surprised the Hotel has not made an arrangement with a local service provider to provide that service.

It didn’t really affect me but something to note.
