Extrêmement déçue.

J’avais réservé cet hôtel pour mon fils de 19 ans, qui voyage seul dans le cadre de son année d’études aux États-Unis. Dès son premier jour de vacances, il s’est malheureusement foulé le genou.

Suite à une consultation en visio, le médecin lui a recommandé d’appliquer de la glace deux fois par jour. Or, cet établissement ne dispose ni de machine à glace accessible aux clients, ni de réfrigérateur dans les chambres.

Pour soulager sa douleur, il a dû acheter un sachet de petits pois surgelés. Malgré plusieurs demandes simples et légitimes, l’hôtel a refusé de le conserver au congélateur.

Face à une situation médicale basique, ce manque total d’empathie et de bon sens est inacceptable.

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
J’ai contacté la direction sans succès !

Vynikající poloha v centru města blízko Union Station. NHL Hall of Fame 100m. Scotiabank Arena několik minut pěšky. CN Tower 15 minut pěšky.

A fantastic experience!
Pros:

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in the heart of the city, I can’t recommend Hotel Victoria enough.
We stayed in a surprisingly spacious room—which is a rare find in downtown Toronto—featuring two very comfortable double beds. Despite being in such a central, bustling area, the room was incredibly quiet, allowing us to actually get some decent sleep. The entire place has a sleek, modern design that feels both fresh and upscale.
The location is honestly unbeatable. It’s just a short walk from Union Station, making it a breeze to catch trains or buses. It really takes the stress out of navigating the city.
A huge shoutout to Ratnesh at the front desk! He was exceptionally professional and friendly, taking the time to answer all our questions and making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

LÄGET! Centralt, kan nog inte bättre bli om man vill bo i city. Hotellet OK.

Cons:

Frukosten beställde man från menyn, = 1st maträtt + kaffe och vatten. T,e,x juice fick man betala extra för. Annars bra.
