Pros:

the rooms and property were very nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was very big. I loved the balcony

Location good. Rugs need to be up graded. Staff was wonderful
Cons:

Did not have that valet parking. No one to help with the luggage., Your hotel was rated a 9.0, several people around, but no one fo more extensive services. Also, I believe you should of had free coffee available to your guest, also half-and-half, would’ve been a nice upgrade, if you had it in a container, rather than the little packages, which people would have to open up several containers in order to be satisfied.

Decent hotel, terrible restaurant
Pros:

Convenient location off a freeway, between the San Diego Zoo and the Wildlife Park. Clean, quiet room and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The restaurant food was absolutely dreadful. My family of 3 all found the food to be tasteless and poorly cooked. They refunded one of the meals, but honestly it should have been all of them. The server was very nice, but we were the only people in the restaurant and it still took close to an hour to get our terrible food.
Due to the location, you are “trapped” to eat here unless you want to get in a car and go on the freeway.
Finally, the $39 per day for parking is too much.

The staff was amazing and the stay was fantastic! The food was great! The spa was awesome and massages from Sarai was amazing!

My stay was for a college tour at San Diego State University.
Pros:

I loved that the jacuzzi was a nice size. Also, I appreciated thank there was security on-site.

Cons:

I would have preferred more grab n go meal options in the shop. I would have also preferred to have a microwave in the room or in a designated area away from the check in lobby. Having to get dressed just to warm up my food in the middle of the night was inconvenient.

Fijne hotel op saaie locatie
Pros:

Groot, schoon, mooi hotel. Fijne kamers, fijne parkeermogelijkheden.

Cons:

De locatie is heel ongezellig, je kunt helemaal niks zonder auto, je moet altijd de snelweg weer op als je ook maar iets wil halen of ondernemen.
