Our stay was good, we enjoyed the food in the restaurant, kids had fun in the pool and the hot tub. Over all we enjoyed
Pros:

Location was excellent. It’s close to all the tourist attractions

Cons:

Parking fee can be a bit more affordable. $38 for an open parking lot seems a bit high when everyone around is asking less than $20

This hotel is overpriced for what you get.
Pros:

The outside looks very nice and appealing to the eye.

Cons:

Everything that glitters is not gold. The hotel is over priced for what to get in return. This is not an exclusive resort. It’s just OK. Tub was clogged. Dirty water coming up when taking shower. Burnt pancakes for breakfast. The pictures are from taking a shower not a bath.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good.

Cons:

Deceptive pricing. The rate seems good until you factor in the cost of parking. They charge 38 dollars *per day* to park, which is absolutely outrageous considering that there is no security.

체크인하면서 이중으로 결제하는 최악의 직원이 있는 곳임

시설 깨끗하고 괜찮아요.

Cons:

부킹닷컴을 통해 비용결제가 이루어졌는데, 호텔에서 체그인하면서 이중으로 결제를 함. 이중결제에 대해 담담직원에 문의하였는데, 직원은 자신의 실수를 인정하지 않고 보증금이라 돌려준다는 거짓말을 함. 이에 다른 직원에게 확인하니 보증금은 1일에 50달러, 2일이므로 100달러인데, 호텔에서는 추가로 527달러를 결제하여 보증금이라는 말이 거짓임이 명확하게 드러남. 호텔에서 추가로 결제한 카드청구는 아직도 취소되지 않음.
이 호텔은 시설은 훌륭하지만, 직원이 최악인 곳임.
