Hotel espléndido. La piscina de agua salada encima de la playa, inigualable
Pros:

Tiene una piscina enorme de agua salada que permite nadar, y encima de la playa. Alrededor sombrillas y un bar que te permite comer sin moverte. El resto de las instalaciones y personal también estupendos y muy atentos.

Nice place but make sure you ask for a non-smoking room.

Cons:

Our room stank of smoke. We asked to move to another one and were greeted by a firm “non”. We were told they would remedy the problem and a man turned up, armed with a can of air-freshener!

Great location, great service
Pros:

Comfortable room, spacious even with extra bed. Provision for extra child v good, robe, towel etc. staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Kitchen closed at 9.45pm, which meant a very small room service option

Nous avons apprécié le room service, de bonne qualité, ainsi que le service voiturier, très pratique et efficace. L’accueil réservé à notre chien a été très bien.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre située juste en dessous de la zone de service utilisée pour les livraisons. Dès 6h30 du matin, le bruit était tel qu’il était impossible de dormir. Nous avons même dû appeler le standard pour demander que cela cesse.

La chambre était par ailleurs très sombre, avec un important vis-à-vis, ce qui renforçait encore le sentiment d’inconfort et le manque d’intimité.

Pour une chambre facturée 474 €, sans dîner, l’expérience est particulièrement décevante. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à la réception, nous avons eu droit à peine à quelques excuses, sans réelle prise en considération de notre mécontentement.

Ayant réservé via Booking, nous avons malheureusement eu le sentiment d’avoir hérité de la « chambre punition ». À ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions à un tout autre niveau de confort, d’attention et de service.
