Le prix en complet décalage avec le marché de l’hôtellerie . Nous avons payé 1300 une nuit, alors que tout st vieillot, la façade est pourri… à ce prix à dubai, vous avez le grand luxe

Pros:

Расположение🔥 очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Заселили гораздо раньше времени, сразу как мы только приехали в отель… около 12 дня, все рассказали и увезли машину в паркинг (wallet parking)

Внешне старо выглядит и здание требует ремонта как и спа зона

DIRTY and renovation needed!!!!
Pros:

When booking a 5 star SOFITEL you do expect something nice. All we can say is: the people working there where nice and location perfect BUT the maintenance and cleanliness of the place is not even worth one star. We would not stay here again and I actually hope getting a message saying my review has been deleted due to renovation.

There were water leaking from a shower into the gym. The outside walls dirty dirty dirty and we had dog/human hair on the balcony.

How the SOFITEL-group can be known having this low standard is surprising.

This if maybe the first time ever I only post bad pictures because it is needed. I would never recommend anyone this hotel in Biarritz. Many better options!

Lage, direkt am Meer was sehr angenehm war.
Frühstück sehr enttäuschend, schmutzige Teller etc.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist baulich in einem schlechten Zustand.
Schlecht unterhalten, die Infrastruktur völlig veraltert. Braucht dringen eine Renovation.
Zimmer alt, alter Teppich, alte Holzkasten.
Preis-Leistung abolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

Baufälliges Hotel, das keine 5 Sterne mehr verdient hat

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wirklich schade dass die Qualität und der Zustand des Hotels so miserabel ist.

Hunde werden freundlich empfangen mit Decke und Napf, das bezahlt man aber dann auch mit 35.- pro Nacht. Ins Restaurant darf der Hund nicht, schade!

Cons:

Das Sofitel Miramar ist extrem in die Jahre gekommen und viel zu teuer für was man bekommt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht im geringsten. Die Eingangshalle und der Empfang sind wahrlich die 5 Sterne wert. Dann ist aber auch schon fertig.. die Gänge vor den (Nichtraucher-)zimmern stinken nach abgestandenem Rauch, der "Wellnessbereich" ist uralt und der Bezeichnung nicht wert. Das Hamam besteht aus einem uralten, winzigen Dampfraum, sie Türen davor sind mehrheitlich gammlig und von der Feuchtigkeit aufgeweicht. Die Duschen der Sauna stinken. Hier will man keine Minute verbringen.
Der Fitnessbereich ist ok.

Bemerkung zu den Parkplätzen: für 20.- konnten wir unser Auto draussen parkieren. Es wurde mehrmals täglich bewegt und hatte keinen fixen Parkplatz. Die Parkgebühr wurde uns versehentlich doppelt verrechnet, auf meinen Hinweis kam keine Entschuldigung sondern nur ein lapidares Schulterzucken und wortlose Rückerstattung auf die Karte. Meiner Meinung nach wurde das absichtlich gemacht..
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr überheblich und schnippisch, hier erwarte ich einiges mehr für den Standard der dieses Hotel halten möchte!

Short walk to most things
Pros:

Good hotel with fine bar and pool area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Great size rooms and balconies.

Easy step out the ocean beach wonderful views.

Great seaside town too.

Needs serious renovations and updated. Not a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, and is the main positive aspect of the hotel. You can easily access the beach. The staff were friendly. The breakfast is average.

Cons:

Unfortunately we felt this did not feel like a 5 star hotel. It falls far short of the standard expected, particularly for how expensive it is. The entire hotel is out of date and needs serious renovations. Given the current look and feel of the hotel, it feels more like 3 or 4 stars, compared to other Sofitel hotels we have stayed in. I would not stay here again.
