Cons:

Cozinha ZERO equipada. Tinha alunas dois copos. O quarto era grande mas não tinha nada, além de um sofá pequeno e uma tv numa parede de passagem. Móveis antigos e mal dispostos. Colchão muito simples, com lençol pequeno. Banheiro muito pequeno. Torneiras péssimas de abrir e fechar, ficaga pingando. Tinha peça de lâmina de barbear dentro do box. Ventilação péssima. Quarto sem tv. Quarto feio e sem nada na cozinha, como talher e pratos. MUITO CARO para um hotel tão simples e ruim.

Atendimento muito bom de todos os funcionários que tivemos contato. A localização era excelente... Praticamente na Faria Lima, perto de muitos restaurantes bons. As camas eram confortáveis, inclusive o berço extra que foi colocado para a minha filha.
No mais achamos o quarto espaçoso e o chuveiro ótimo e bem quente.

Cons:

Infelizmente no quesito limpeza, o hotel deixou a desejar :/ as portas, os cantos e alguns móveis estavam cobertos de pó.
Outra coisa que incomodou bastante foi o barulho no quarto ao lado. Música muito alta após a meia-noite, cheiro de charuto, cigarro, etc. E mesmo ligando na recepção, os hospedes ao lado demoram a parar. Sugiro uma ameaça de multa em casos assim.

Recepção confusa, cobranca bagunçada, pessoal simpático porém perdido nos números, tive de pagar a hospedagem em dobro, paguei na reserva e tive de pagar novamente no check in, paguei estacionamento dos três dias no check in e cada saída era necessário pedir autorização na recepção, dar explicação, aguardar, uma experiência não habitual, nunca tive, demoraram a extornar pagamento duplicado, tive de ligar, mandar e-mails, comprovantes, explicaçõe para diversas pessoas, até a “gerente financeira” do hotel ao falar comigo disse não ser a área dela a cobrança duplicada, pagamento não é a área dela, então finalmente nas diversas transferências de ligação surgiu um atendente da recepção que se comprometeu e resolveu em minutos, sou bem tranquilo mas a maioria das pessoas não retornariam após uma confusão dessas.

Já fiquei diversas vezes no Address. E volto sempre. Os funcionários fazem a diferença. A suíte premium é excelente. Café da manhã, muito bom também. Vale a pena.
