Ambiente reformado.

Cons:

Solicitei pela manhã na recepção a troca do colchão e travesseiros, já que estavam duros, quando retornei no final do dia, fui informada que não haviam colchões disponíveis para troca, banheiro sem sistema de ventilação que deixava o banheiro constantemente fedido.
Sou cliente da adress há um tempo, mas infelizmente caiu muito a qualidade.

Pros:

Para mim, o Address São Paulo Faria Lima é o hotel que eu gosto mais de ficar em SP. Comodidade, conforto, ótimo custo-benefício e localização são as maiores virtudes.

Cons:

Nesta estadia, ficamos num quarto, que a despeito de ser muito confortável como todos os outros, tinha um acesso vedado para um outro quarto. O problema é que escutavamos todo o som do outro quarto, e isso retirou bastante a nossa privacidade.

Péssimo.
Cons:

Nos colocaram em um quarto num andar cheio de obras. Barulheira infernal. Reclamamos e trocaram o quarto, só que por um inferior.
Secador estava queimado. Pia entupida de tanto cabelos no ralo. Mas, na hora do check-out, ligaram imediatamente pra gente desocupar o quarto.
Não recomendo.

Hotel bem localizado, mas carece de manutenções pontuais para atender melhor o hospede
Cons:

1ª acomodação disponibilizada o ar condicionado não funcionava, a internet tb não conectava.
Nos mudaram de quarto, porém a cama era menor, o ar estava bom, mas o box o banheiro, não suportou a vazão da agua do chuveiro, e alagou o banheiro.
