Pros:

Прекрасный вид из моего типа номера. Само местонахождение отеля в добром месте напротив сквера. Нет машин с северо-западной стороны отеля

Pros:

Близко к аэропорту, 7 мин, близко к центру города. Высокие этажи, поэтому не страшно шум машин. Достаточно комфортный номер категории супериор.

Cons:

Плохая работа reception. Не смогла зайти в свой комнату после посещения бассейна, была в халате, время 11:30 (чек аут 12:00). Пришлось идти вниз на ресепшен, и после полного игнора несколько раз громко говорить единственному работающему сотруднику, что сейчас опоздаю на самолет. После чего этот сотрудник всё-таки позвал своего коллегу и коллега разблокировал мне электронный ключ. Далее я выдохнула и поднялась наверх, с целью наконец переодеться забрать чемодан и поехать в аэропорт. Каково же было моё удивление, когда электронный ключ был по-прежнему заблокирован!!!! пришлось обратиться к работающей на этаже уборщице, чтобы они сами пришли ко мне и разблокировали мне дверь! вся эта процедура стоила мне 30 минут моего времени, я чуть не опоздала на самолёт. ужасный сервис ресепшен, первый раз столкнулась с таким в отелях Рэдиссон

Atrašanās vieta lieliska, uztvērām šo vietu tikai kā īslaicīgu naktsmītni.

Cons:

Spēcīgs aromāts nummuriņā, arī pēc divu dienu un nakts vēdināšanas, karsti arī pie atvērta loga, nav iespējams noregulēt klimatu jo vadības pūlts nestrādā. Ierobežota Spa zonas pieejamība viesnīcas viesiem, bez maksas.
