Pros:

The hotel is large, clean, and feels very safe.

Cons:

The bathrooms are very small, making it difficult to take a shower. Water also splashes all over the bathroom floor while showering.

There are not enough staff at the reception. Even though we had a reservation, the check-in line was very long, and we had to wait for a long time. The check-in process was too slow.

Kauniit näköalat!
Pros:

Näkymä huoneesta vanhaankaupunkiin oli upea!
Arvostimme pientä jääkaappia. Shampoo, hoitoaine, saippua ja kosteusvoide olivat laadukkaat ja hyvän tuoksuiset!
Hissit olivat nopeat.

Cons:

Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli pitkä jonotus. Kuljimme myöhemmin ulos hotellista ostoksille ja huomasimme, että pitkä jonotus ei ollut hetkellistä vaan jonoa oli koko alkuillan. Hotellin johdolle esittäisimme kehitysehdotuksena esim. sisäänkirjautumisautomaatteja, joilla jonotuksen voi halutessaan välttää tai sitä ainakin lyhentää.

I liked the hotel overall, room was compact but nice.
Pros:

Room was quiet even though it was close to the main road into the city.
Less than 20 minutes to walk into the old town

Cons:

A little difficult to get into the bath to have a shower.
The swimming pool was being refurbished so we couldn’t use it unfortunately.
Quite difficult to enter the car park due to 3 coaches being parked along the front of the hotel, obscuring the entrance to the car park

Asukoht. Hommikusöök väga hea ja nitmekylgne.

Cons:

Retseptsiooni natuke ebapädev noormees, kes muutis tuba, ei muutnud hinda kuna Vanalinna vaatega tuba polnud ikkagi suure voodiga. Tagastust selle eest ei pakutud ega tehtud. Kysisin ja lubati et juhataja võtab yhendust aga seda ei juhtunud. Hommikusöögist ei rääkinud midagi. Ei saanud selle muutmise juures aru kas see ikka jäi broneeringusse või mitte.

Expected better.
Pros:

Room size was good. Clean.
They prepared the second bed for the child tho I didn't ask.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

Communication is bad. I tried contacting before the stay and my questions were left unanswered.
Check-in took really long.
Was unpleasantly surprised that pool was not working on those days and it was not communicated beforehand.
Room's air conditioning was not working properly and it had very small bathroom.

Hotel is comfortable in general but can improve with some extras.
Pros:

General comfort of room. Bed is comfortable. A lot of mirrors.

Cons:

Bathroom is too small. No toothbrush and tissues provided. No luggage stand for suitcases - the one in the cupboard is not suitable for suitcase.
