My wife & I love a nice cup of tea in our room on arrival & before we got to bed & when we wake up.
Theres just not enough tea, coffee & milk. 2 very smalls cartons of mineral water. So when we've been super thirsty at night theres nothing in the mini bar to support this. So this definitely needs looking at.
I understand not all guests are the same & theres some wastage I expect & yes we could of just called reception for more. But was told this would of veen classed as room service incurred a service charge. For a couple more sachets of milk?

The tv was very hard to use, we booked an executive double although there were no robes as stated.

The restaurant was very busy on a Saturday night. Food was ok, but nothing to shout about. In the room, there was a one small box of water for 2 people. And unfortunately there were packets of biscuits in the room
