Location was very central for what we were in Leeds to do, hotel clean and smart.

Cons:

Lots of noise (music) from outside, some breakfast items were cold, bathroom very dated in style.

Excellent twin rooms and superb location for gigs
Pros:

Room was a very big twin with two comfy double beds
Nice room bath over shower ok not as good as separate shower.
Location perfect for town centre and gigs.

Cons:

Gino de Campo restaurant downstairs one of the worst meals ever had, would avoid.
