It was too hot in the room, AC wasn't working properly.
Breakfast was delicious. Pastries, cooked food and plenty of fruit, cereal, yoghurt in the executive lounge
Executive lounge was sometimes very busy as it was small and so could be waiting for a table for a while

We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions and been overall happy.
There was some kind of convention on and was horrendous getting in and out of the hotel the foyer was packed all of the time it was a nightmare.
