Great hotel with comfy and spacious rooms in a fantastic central location.

It was really busy for breakfast, but the team were on the ball in terms of topping up empty dishes etc. They did a great job. The room was lovely & clean, with nice toiletries provided.

Great value, great location and excellent service.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our requirements as we were travelling by train, so the proximity to the central Station was important. We were attending an event in the City Centre, so this also worked well for that. For such a central location, the hotel provides exceedingly quiet accommodation. Room was very comfortable and cost effective.

Convenient stay with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed it and it was a good base for us.
Pros:

We were able to check in a little bit early, which we appreciated. The location in the centre of Leeds was very convenient, as was the parking being close to hand. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

Cons:

No big problems, but could have a more powerful shower. Feels as though the rooms could do with a little refresh in terms of decoration. However, the room was clean and well equipped. Slightly more tea, coffee and milk would be good for two people.

Great place to stay, very conveniently located with good facilities.
Pros:

Very comfortable room and great experience.

Cons:

I would have liked a better selection of tea in my room as I drink Earl Grey. Also the breakfast scrambled eggs were not very nice and didn't meet your usual standard.

Pros:

Location was good, as I was visiting the Queens Hotel for an awards dinner

Cons:

The bed was terrible, rock hard. I have osteoartritis and the bed was shocking. The corridor at 2am was noisy too to add to it, and the water was in cartons which tasted odd.

Excellent hotel, very clean and staff are helpful and friendly
Pros:

The location is excellent!! I’ve stayed in many hotels all over Leeds City Centre but this one is right bang in the centre of all the action! Very clean and staff are extremely polite!

Cons:

The beds are a little hard and could be a little more comfortable. This shouldn’t deter anyone though because it might be me that likes softer bed.
