Very clean, staff very polite and helpful
Nothing
Our room was on the top floor and in a quiet part of the building, (room 627), which was what we requested, and the Hotel were kind enough to provide a mattress topper for my wife who suffers with lumbar spinal pain. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean with all of the ammenitities that we required and the staff friendly, helpful and professional, from reception to the restaurant and bar and the cleaning staff. Our own very minor complaint, was that the breakfast buffet food was not hot enough, though we must add that the quality was excellent. We will definitely be coming again, when we visit Leeds for our Theatre trips to the Grand, and a overnight stay. A big thank you to all of the staff at this superb hotel.
The breakfast was not hot enogh, though was very tasty and of good quality
Perfect location, rooms spotless and spacious, 12pm check out is superb
Nothing
Everything it was an amazing hotel
Location
A lot of beggars rush you when leaving the doors. Laying in wait. I think security should move them off hotel property
Location! Comfortable!
The price went up more than double with no real reason. Was midweek and no big events on.
The staff were all very lovely and welcoming and let us check into a bigger room than we had booked way earlier than check-in. Location was good and room was spacious and comfy.
Only slight negative was the room was quite warm and we couldn't really have the windows open as there was a bit of noise outside which is to be expected from being in the city centre.
Clean staff where so helpful
Immaculate
Location is superb, just across the road from the Trinity centre and the town.
Nothing really for what we wanted.
