Great location right next to the ferry terminal on the lake. 5 mins walk to Como Lago railway station. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Extremely helpful staff. Big rooms, comfortable beds and nice breakfast.
The showers are not great (sorry). And €10 for a beer in the bar is a little steep.

Bathtub was very strange and older. immaculately clean but weirdly shaped bathroom very small didn't seem such on the website
It rooms was so noisy, you can hear everything from the outside and the next rooms

Amazing location right on the front overlooking the lake. Lots to see and do out in Como and a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars to sit and people watch.

Das man den Parkplatz nicht im Voraus buchen kann. Finde ich völlig daneben, zudem ich schon Stammkunde bin!
L’emplacement exceptionnel, la gentillesse du personnel.
L’hôtel est vraiment désuet. Il mériterait un rafraîchissement (climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, robinet dans la salle de bain cassé). Ce n’est pas du niveau d’un 4 étoiles.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très qualitatif ( produits industriels, pas beaucoup de choix).
Du personnel accueillant, des bons équipements et une vue à couper le souffle, excellente adresse!
