L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables (lit double + lit bébé mis à disposition), avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien présenté et copieux. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons stationné à l'arrière de l'hôtel sur l'emplacement réservé à l'hôtel. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'avoir une amende de 30€ alors que nous réalisions les check-in ...

It does what it says on the tin but not much more but has a good location .
Pros:

Location and view were very good .

Cons:

Furnishings a bit tired , staff efficient but not especially friendly . Breakfast was rather plain .I would overall good 3 star rather than 4…but then there is the good location .

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Comersee. Die Zimmer sind etwas retro, aber sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist groß und mit Stühlen und Tischen ausgestattet. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre optimal. Alles ist einfach zu bedienen. Die Klimaanlage ist fast lautlos und funktioniert sehr effektiv. Das Personal ist freundlich und ausreichend hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Anfangs fand am Piazza Cavour eine Veranstaltung statt mit sehr lauter Musik bis Mitternacht. Hier hätte ich mir vom Personal mehr gewünscht als nur Schulterzucken (ein Freigetränk oder irgendeine Anerkennung / Entschuldigung für die gestörte Nachtruhe). Unser Zimmer war mit dem Nebenzimmer durch eine Tür verbunden. Dadurch konnte man jedes einzelne Wort von nebenan und Toilettengeräusche hören. Auch und besonders Hundegebell (anscheinend sind Hunde erlaubt).

Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi göl manzaralı odalar harikaydı, konumunun tam merkezde olması işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı kliması çalışıyordu herşey çok güzeldi yine gelsem yine aynı oteli tercih ederim

De locatie is tussen het meer en de stad

Cons:

Ver overpriced. Het hotel is volledig verouderd. Uitzicht op de stad was echt overdreven. Badkamer was oud en de douche werkte slecht. Ontbijtselectie was goed, maar geen bonenkoffie, geen verse jus, kan echt niet in Italië. Geen koffie of thee in de kamer.
