Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente nelle aspettative. Piacevole.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura , la stanza con vista sul lago, come come concordato in prenotazione, corrispondente alle aspettative. Il ristorante a piano terra, eccellente.

Cons:

L’unico inconveniente è stato il non aver accolto il bassotto in sala colazione, senza aver comunicato il divieto al momento della prenotazione, mentre era stata garantita l’accoglienza del cane in tutta la struttura. Nessuna ciotola dedicata in stanza e nessuna cuccia, come proferito telefonicamente. Avevo saggiamente provveduto in autonomia. Tranne questo inconveniente, superato solo perché non ero da sola ma in compagnia, ci siamo dovuti alternare per la colazione, il cane non ha sofferto altre esclusioni.

Clean, best location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Windows have very little sound isolation. You can hear even the people talk outside with the windows closed. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Pros:

O experiență superbă la Hotel Barchetta Excelsior! Am avut o cameră cu o vedere panoramică absolut încântătoare la Lacul Como, care a meritat din plin. Deși de obicei nu obișnuim să mâncăm micul dejun când suntem în vacanță, aici a fost atât de bun încât nu am putut rezista în nicio dimineață. Totul a fost proaspăt și gustos. Personalul este extrem de amabil și atent la detalii, făcându-ne să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. Recomand cu drag!
