Zdjęcia hotelu na Booking są dość mylące – sprawiają wrażenie, jakby obiekt znajdował się bezpośrednio przy jeziorze. W rzeczywistości między hotelem a jeziorem przebiega długa ulica oraz chodnik, więc widok nie jest tak bezpośredni, jak sugerują fotografie (które najprawdopodobniej wykonano z dużym przybliżeniem).

Dodatkowo dopłata za pokój z balkonem „z widokiem na jezioro” nie była adekwatna do rzeczywistego standardu i lokalizacji względem wody.

Wystrój hotelu jest dość przestarzały jak na standard 3-gwiazdkowy. W łazience dostępne są jedynie bardzo małe kosmetyki, wystarczające praktycznie na jedno użycie. Pościel również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia – była niedbale założona i w trakcie snu zsuwała się oraz plątała, co wpływało na komfort pobytu.

Ogólnie pobyt nie spełnił oczekiwań w stosunku do ceny i opisu oferty.

We have had a lovely weekend, the hotel was perfectly situated and made our stay

The hotel was excellently located, the staff very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent,.
The room with the balcony was very good and the bathroom and fixtures and fittings were good and ideal for the price.

Spacious room and very nice views.
Nice having 2 bottle of waters on arrival as well as a coffee machine.
Very well located. Lots of restaurants around

Bath instead of shower. Potential for slipping easily.
Breakfast coffee was provided to us. It did not taste like barista coffee but from a machine

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente nelle aspettative. Piacevole.

La posizione della struttura , la stanza con vista sul lago, come come concordato in prenotazione, corrispondente alle aspettative. Il ristorante a piano terra, eccellente.

Cons:

L’unico inconveniente è stato il non aver accolto il bassotto in sala colazione, senza aver comunicato il divieto al momento della prenotazione, mentre era stata garantita l’accoglienza del cane in tutta la struttura. Nessuna ciotola dedicata in stanza e nessuna cuccia, come proferito telefonicamente. Avevo saggiamente provveduto in autonomia. Tranne questo inconveniente, superato solo perché non ero da sola ma in compagnia, ci siamo dovuti alternare per la colazione, il cane non ha sofferto altre esclusioni.
