Lovely character hotel in the heart of downtown. Exceptional place to rest up and enjoy what downtown has to offer
Pros:

Great location, lovely ambiance, room was very comfortable, great bathroom. The hotel gas character with very good service- couldn’t ask for more

Stay at the Historic St Regis
Pros:

Classic hotel in a great location. And the breakfasts are terrific, with wonderful service from Surangi, Nimali, and Lina. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed! Grossly over rated.
Pros:

The Hotel is located in a very desirable location accessible to the key areas of downtown.
However; our room was one of the smallest rooms I have EVER stayed in!! two of us could not move through the room at the sane time. it had NO refrigerator! We requested one and was told it would be $5.00/day on top if our $350.00+ per nite room charge! It arrived a 2'x2' cube. No room to put it so under the desk. This room was about 10x11 with a king bed. No temp controls in frig. Our meds and everything else froze. Sent frig back.
For the price of about 3.50 per sq ft per nite you can stay in a much much better hotel..... almost anywhere in DT Van!! We will not be back!
