The St. Regis Hotel

Huge thanks for Surangi, Nimali, Anita, and Ling for making our breakfast experience memorable during our stay! The food was very tasty and the whole team was very attentive to all our needs.

What a lovely oasis in the bustling city of Vancouver. Nicely appointed rooms, excellent staff and a wonderful restaurant connected to the hotel. Well located for walking to the waterfront or shopping. Will definitely return.

The hotel is lovely and our reservation included breakfast. The servers in the breakfast section were so friendly and welcoming. Every morning we were greeted by the smiling faces of Nimali, Lina, and Anita. They definitely gave us a pleasant start to our day!

We had an excellent stay and experience at the St Regis Hotel. Samson was very helpful and so was the gentleman at the desk on the morning of our exit at a very early time. Such service is rare these days. Thank you very much!

Great location, very good service and clean room. We arrived early before noon, and our room was ready. It was a pleasant surprise after a long journey! We chose a queen bed room —it’s pretty compact but roomy enough for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly, and the maintenance staff who was cleaning the air duct in our room when we arrived was courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was plenty and cooked to order —the serving staff at breakfast were warm and friendly. Thank you, Surangi, Nimali, and Lina.

We stayed at the St Regis for 4 days in May and cannot praise this hotel highly enough. From the warm welcome at Reception to our very clean and comfortable room (with large bathroom/shower, robes, water and chocolates every night) to the tasty breakfasts. The room was always a perfect temperature yet we could not hear the air-conditioner, and this was in a heatwave. The location is great, with easy access to the cruise port, buses to Stanley Park and Granville Island, and very close the Gas Town and the shopping centre. The staff were all exceptional, with particular thanks to Nimali who looked after us at breakfast.

Lovely hotel smack dab in the middle of downtown VCR. With plenty to do within walking distance and buses /metro steps away from the hotel. The room was a bit musty and needed airing, and there was way too much furniture for our queen size room, so space felt cramped which is why I knocked off 1 star. The bathroom door just about touched the toilet which was bad design IMO. But the bathroom was spacious with a shower bench for seniors, which we kind of are, so I appreciated that. Lovely bath robes, nice coffee machine, could do with 4 bottles of daily water for 2 people ( they gave 2). Free printing at the biz center in the lobby. Appreciated that. The staff in the LL breakfast dining room were very sweet. Especially Nimali who made us feel at home with her bright smile & cheerful disposition early in the morning. They had a doorman to help with bags when we arrived. Elegant touch. The hotel is classy and has old world charm. Don't stay here if you need bells & whistles. Stay here if you want location, service, an extremely comfortable bed (necessary for our old creaky bones) , a served breakfast daily (included in the rate though choice is limited) , and did I say LOCATION? Recommended for cruisers as it's only a few minutes from Canada Place. About a 35$ Uber ride from the hotel.

Check in was super fast, with frendly staff. Lina, Breakfast options just right. Anita, Nimali, and Vinuri did great at the breakfast dining room. They all were super attentive and professional.

We sailed to Vancouver after a transpacific cruise and wanted a hotel close to Canada place. With penty of hotels to choose from (and watching a ton of YouTube videos) we decided on St Regis for it's charm and location. I use a CPAP machine and so chose a smart room with two double beds. The room was very tastefully designed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location enabled us to walk everywhere. Special shout out to Simson who looked after us very well.

Location of the hotel is perfect for getting around the whole city, right by the metro and walking distance from tons of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast and staff, Durango, Nimali, and Anita all were wonderful to start off the day with. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was just what we needed. After flying into YVR, we took the Canada Line to City Center and then had a short walk to the hotel. The next morning we had a 10 minute walk to the Terminal to board our ship. The one issue was the elevator was out of order, but everyone was very responsive and helped with our baggage. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the french toiletries were heavenly, the cook to order breakfast really tasty, and the service in the dining room was top notch.
It is downtown, so will hear traffic a bit, but nothing to keep you up.
Overall very pleased staying here.
