A Great Place to Stay in the heart of Vancouver downtown
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Vancouver's downtown area and close to many restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my breakfast, especially as the staff were very understanding and provided me with vegetarian options when I requested for them. My room was quiet and has been refurbished.

Cons:

The wifi network did not extend to the breakfast area or the elevator. There was only one elevator available so it got busy at peak times. An access card is required to access it from the lobby area.

Awesome, clean and friendly
Pros:

The staff was over and above being friendly and helpful. Opening doors for us, getting the elevator ready, the room was cleaner than clean. Fresh towels, chocolate and bottles of water everyday. Will definitely be back again.

Nice but I can do better
Pros:

We had to leave early to catch a train, so we were unable to take advantage of the included breakfast. Our room was ready to go early, which was nice. The front desk staff was great and very helpful when asked questions.

Cons:

The room faced a wall, which wasn’t nice. The bed was REALLY hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had no hand soup. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated, it would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Also, why weren’t there any plastic bags to put in the ice bucket??? The ice bucket is a germ filled bin. EWWWW. I used one of my own bags in the ice bucket to keep my medicine cold. You missed the mark.

A great choice for a downtown Vancouver hotel.
Pros:

My wife and I found the St Regis hotel to be wonderful when we stayed there the night before our cruise. Great location, clean and well managed. The complementary breakfast was great too, service was top notch and the food was delicious.
We would definitely choose the St Regis for our next visit.
