I forgot my phone in the hotel they located it and kept it so I could collect it

Das Hotel kommuniziert erst beim Check-in, dass die Hunde im Zimmer nicht alleine bleiben dürfen und man wird gezwungen eine A4 lange Petpolicy zu unterschreiben. Für Kurzausflug nach London völlig ungeeignet! Kann das Hotel an keinen Hunden
Besitzer empfehlen! Finger weg!!! Wir mussten zweite Nacht stornieren und verloren auf unserer Reise einen ganzen Tag.

Great location with amazing staff working under poor management
The whole building does not have air conditioning, the temperature was 32 degrees and no fans available. On booking none of this information was provided
The rooms were exceptional..very comfortable..the bathroom shoeer was powerful and towels soft and fluffy. The bed so comfortable.. I had a handwritten note and some sweets from the front desk team to welcome us...10 out of 10 for comfort and service.
The only criticism we would make was the beer wasn't good it went flat and tasted soapy..maybe the pipes needed a clean.

Air Conditioning was in effective . Four staff were dealing with a customer complaint and I had to intervene to ask them to get one of them to check me in . Pillows too soft as was bed .
