Pros:

Hotel clásico, con una habitación cómoda y bien insonorizada, ubicado a unos 20 minutos andando de la estación de tren y con restaurantes cercanos. El señor encargado de los desayunos era muy amable.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, la manita de la puerta del baño estaba rota, pero después de decírselo a recepción, la mañana siguiente ya lo arreglaron. El personal de la recepción es bastante seco.

It was clean

Cons:

I asked to stay another night at the hotel as my uncle was very ill in hospital. The staff couldn’t have cared less. The rate was ridiculous so found a different hotel - loads in Birmingham.

Overall a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good and staff were good at accommodating for a variety of breakfast preferences. Room was spacious as was the bathroom.

Cons:

Needed to request an additional quilt as the bed felt cold.
Bathrobes a little small.

Pros:

I big size room and bed.

Cons:

The toilet had a problem and didn’t flush properly at times and the water was very high, wasn’t a comfortable experience.
I only realised on my last night that I was able to see everything inside my hotel room as the door peephole was faulty/ broken/ missing and that did make me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

lovely and luxry hotel with a nice warm manner, love the hotel and worth to be recommanded
Pros:

Nice bathroom, love the sleepers and bath robe as well as the breakfast which you can order the hot food

Cons:

the door steps are hard to access, not good for disable people,maybe in the future can be further improved
