Would stay again!
Pros:

It was great for what we needed, and some lovely little touches too. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was huge!

Cons:

The only downside was the pillows were very soft - will ask for firmer ones next time.

It was comfortable and great.
Pros:

Water bottles should be put in the rooms. The elevator button needs fixing.

Cons:

No free drinking water in the room, one had to go to the ground floor to get some water from the water dispenser.

Disappointing
Pros:

Bad breakfast. Coldish food on cold plates. Dreadful supermarket sliced bread. Poor continental meats and cheeses.

Cons:

La nostra stanza aveva un problema con il
WC che non caricava l’acqua e con la ventola di ricircolo del bagno che presumo funzionasse male .

Comfortable city centre stay to watch Arena concert
Pros:

Great location with 15 min walk to the arena . Well appointed room .

Cons:

The only strange bit was at Breakfast it was possible to have poached eggs and omelettes cooked for you but the waiter tried to discourage it- we only found out because others had it and when we asked for it we are told in a brusque voice that it would be a long wait . Given the cost of this hotel I was surprised.

Excellent hotel, staff exceptional, good location.
Pros:

Speedy check in, very friendly staff, hotel was very clean and smelt lovely in the foyer!
Room was huge, beds very comfy, nice toiletries and coffee/tea options. Restaurant very welcoming and food very good. Staff really helpful arranging taxis to hospital to visit my husband.

Cons:

TV wasnt working properly but not a major issue.

Lovely hotel, parking easy, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room - loved the curtains!, yummy breakfast, thanks to all x

Cons:

Could maybe set up outside area now weather is better. We went out for cigarettes and coffee at breakfast and not very comfy, ie. cushions not out on furniture, furniture not set out.
