It was quite hot in the room but overall lovely hotel with friendless staff and a delicious breakfast.

Very bad, not 4 Stars.
Pros:

We booked this as we have been there before and had good experience then.

Cons:

This hotel should rethink of advertising 4 stars, the parking lot is really run down and full of trash and cigarettes in piles in the front of the entrance, the lifts do not work, the breakfast has become really bad, everything is outdated. The toilet not flushing is a big no. Shower barely working as well and leaking after being turned off. The staff never entered to clean the whole time we stayed. We complained and we're told we would get the breakfast for free, still they charged for it despite and then charged extra for no reason. We are still working on getting explanation on the withdrawals done on our card after we left as we paid for everything when we checked out. Not coming back to that hotel again. Which is sad as we had only good experience from our prior stay.

Good location and comfortable rooms with average breakfast which was not included
Pros:

Good location and comfortable room with nice bathroom

Cons:

We had to pay extra for car parking, £15 per night which could have been included for residents. The breakfast was average, no à la carte options such as omelettes, and the coffee machine did not give very good coffee at all. Food was average although the staff were very helpful.

Very polite and helpful staff , good location , spacious bed room and bathroom ,comfortable bed , air conditioning.
On site limited parking £15 for 24 hrs

Cons:

Close to busy roads , so plenty of noise at night .

Allt var bra!
Pros:

Frukosten var bra. Det var perfekt att få frukt också. Att kunna besöka gym och pool var bra. Rummen var stora och bra.Tysta rum.

Pros:

Staff on desk terrible. Had guide dog and stated on web site free. Lady did not believe me. Was rude and challenging. Whole family austistic made us all upset. Man desk charged me twice. Spoke manager did not care very dismissive. Swimming pool. Daughter had allergic reaction after tablets put water while in it. Marriot breaking law with my service dog very unwelcoming after 4 hour drive all family overloaded. Never stay here again..Dust rooms and people see you in the room and bathroom opposite. Never been treated so badly.
