Expect more from this brand.
Pros:

The change of room.

Cons:

They tried to put us in a room where the air con had failed. A fan had been set up and left on so they knew about it. We had to go back to reception and request new air conditioned room. A waste of time for everybody.

The evening food which we paid up front for had a limited budget of £25 each and was not in the restaurant.

The breakfast was slightly above average.

I am not normally someones who complains.

Cons:

Air con didnt work in a heatwave, moved rooms an air con still wasnt working had the worse nights sleep of my life. Saving grace was a starbucks coffee at reception next morning, coffee machine was broke too. Car park full on arrival, Shocking

Pros:

Really helpful and friendly staff, early check in and late check out for free with the IHG app. Good bar and restaurant, comfy bed, quiet room and insight parking. Overall it was a really nice stay, i'd deffinetley stay there again.

Cons:

Sink in the bathroom was very slow draining. Everything else was good.

Pros:

Was able to upgrade to superior king which was worth the extra money. Lovely room with huge bed, seating area, robes and fridge with juice, biscuits and choice of water.

Cons:

The hand soap was awful, very runny and didn't lather up, more like a hand gel.
