Check-in staff were great. Lobby is looking swish.
Shower drained slowly and the bathroom smelled strongly of drain. One of the wall sockets by the desk was damaged. And, very importantly, HI used to have water and a KitKat in the mini-fridge but now the fridge isn't even turned on. Sad times.
