Smelliest room ever
Pros:

Location was good , parking ok multi storey,breakfast ok

Cons:

114 first floor.The absolute stench in the bathroom..pure straight from the sewers, eye wateringly awful it made the bathroom unusable, we had to wedge a chair in the door all night to try and get some clean air in the room windows open all night and the sink tap running all night to try and flush away the smell..Dennis Nilsen would probably be used to it..awful

It is a good hotel to stay with parking facility, Gym and Restaurant.

Cons:

Communication from the staff - They made me pay again in spite of me informing them that I had already paid through booking.com

I had to make multiple calls to receive the refund.

Excellent value for money- really lovely room and lovely staff. Great location- a real surprise. Didn’t expect it to be so good, thank you !

Short notice stay as my husband was in the RVI and I needed to stay over.
Pros:

Staff, cleanliness, sleep quality and location.

Cons:

Only small issue was the size of the car parking spaces. They seemed tiny and it took me ages to get parked as I was so frightened I would damage my car or the one beside me.

Good basic hotel that met our needs - better than others in the same budget category.
Pros:

Good standard room with excellent TV (connectivity to D, HDMI, and wifi cast) and wifi. Breakfast was good too. Close to several restaurants and bars.

Enjoyed it.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Apple juice at breakfast was lovely. Reception staff was very helpful and gave me a spare toothbrush as I had forgotten mine. Also liked that you could cast your own screen to the TV.

Cons:

The only sockets were at the desk. The door from the upper level of the car park feels like a security risk as anyone can get in and bypass staff.

Convenient location perfectly adequate for a short stay.
Pros:

Ease of parking. Speedy check in.

Cons:

A/c didn’t work in the room. Bathroom fan very loud and didn’t seem to work. Only plug sockets were on the other side of the room than the bad. Mirror above desk was so low that it was impossible to see own hair to style it without kneeling in the floor. No plug near the full length mirror to use as an alternative.
