Gutes zentrales Hotel, nah zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, leider ist es mit einem SUV laut Personal nicht möglich in das hoteleigene Parkhaus zu fahren obwohl wir einen Platz reserviert hatten. Aussage war, wer zuerst kommt mahlt zuerst und das Auto würde sowieso nicht rein passen.
Wir wurden ins teure entfernte öffentliche Parking geschickt welches recht eng und teuer war.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war recht hilfsbereit.
Frühstück musste separat bezahlt werden, war aber für spanische Verhältnisse ok.
Unsere Meinung: 4 Sterne kennen wir anders, aber die Lage hat es wett gemacht.

Great visit to a fabulous city!
Pros:

The location, very walkable to most popular sites. Staff were friendly and helpful, great breakfast.

Cons:

There was little we didn’t like, possibly some of the decor in common areas looks “tired”.

Pros:

Breakfast good and there is a coffee machine which you can use in the day . Would have been nicer if had a bar as there are some nice seating area inside and courtyards . Good central location although I think the area by the cathederal is nicer .
A nice hotel . We stayed in newly renovated part. Room was spacious and well designed .

Cons:

We were on first floor. Used lift. Quite a few steps to reach this and not very easy with luggage . The few steps in front of lift needs an hand rail for people with walking issues Even main entrance is up steps . There was a side slope but difficult to drag a case up it .

Hotel piękny nie do opisania,stylowy ,czuliśmy się jak w prawdziwym oryginalnym Palazzo. Personel super przyjazny,przemili ludzie pomocni i z humorem do tego .Pokoje duże ,wygodne ,bardzo wygodne łóżka .Patio piękne klimatyczne jako palarnia!Dla nas -palaczy ,po prostu objawienie bo palarni nie ma już prawie nigdzie.Duzo miejsc patio z fontannami pomieszczeń otwartych gdzie można posiedzieć ,podziwiać obrazy ,meble..Parking własny hotelu,położenie idealne ,wszędzie blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji .Wnętrzami można się zachwycać bez końca .Do tego wspaniałe urządzona łazienka Obiekt przerósł nasze oczekiwania,po prostu.

Good place to stay if you need a safe place for your car and want to explore by foot.
Pros:

Eccelent location if you want to explore the city by foot. Private garage with challenging access but very good guidance by the staff. Nice rooms, but ...

Cons:

no daylight and no fresh air - room windows went to an interior court with seats for other guests. Not so nice if you are on the ground floor. Elevator right next to the room making noise. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were sent to a place that was ok but did not match our expectations.

la colazione non era abbondantissima, ma comunque dolce e salata. disponibili anche a portarti qualcosa se manca. sempre mangiato bene. la sala non tanto grande e ogni tanto qualcuno aspetta perchè i tavoli sono occupati. ma attende nel salottino. in bagno manca lo scovolino e non funziona l'aspiratore.

aggiustare l'aspiratore in bagno e aggiungere lo scovolino
