Pros:

Conceptul hotelului, alcătuit din coridoare și curți interioare cu fântâni arteziene, în stil hispanic si maur. Este ceva deosebit. Curțile respective sunt niste locuri unde te poti relaxa, asculta apa sau fuma. Camera a fost curată, lenjeria era schimbată zilnic, iar camera foarte liniștită.

Cons:

Nu există halate, papuci, fier de călcat si mai multe obiecte de ingrijire la baie, specifice hotelurilor de 4*.
Micul dejun este de la 8, dar restaurantul nu se deschide la 8 fix. Într-o dimineață, trebuia sa plecam într-o excursie si sa fim la locul întâlnirii la 8.45, si deși era 8.04 si plin de lume la ușă, nu au deschis. Am plecat nemâncati.

What an amazing building - so steeped in history

Było niesamowicie!
Pros:

Najlepszy hotel, w jakim do tej pory mieliśmy okazję być. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, miła i profesjonalna obsługa, wygodny i przestronny pokój. Bardzo dużym udogodnieniem był basen na dachu, który ratował przy temperaturze +40 C. Podziemny pasaż, zielone dziedzińce z fontannami i pokoje ukryte w labiryntach starych kamienic, no po prostu niepowtarzalny klimat. Wrócimy na pewno.

Ubicación y personal, que fue lo único bueno a destacar!!!

Cons:

No servía el ascensor que lleva a la zona de habitaciones básicas. Se ve que lleva tiempo así. Lo pregunté expresamente y me dijeron que si había ascensor y no fue así. La ducha tenía problemas para que saliera el agua fria. Falta mucho mantenimiento a la habitación y pasillos y hay mal olor. La piscina es muy pequeña y le faltaba mantenimiento. El desayuno muy justo. Para ajustar el aire acondicionado hay que rotar la tele!!!

Fabulous location, excellent staff, rooms hit and miss.
Pros:

Great location , beautiful and interesting communal spaces to rest and read. Great rooftop pool.

Cons:

Our superior room was at the very back of the hotel, with a long and complicated journey to get there. The room was lovely but the location of the room was very disappointing. On the last day, the main lift wasn’t working which meant pulling our suitcases up and down various staircases.

Nice stay in a very unique setting, with excellent location!
Pros:

Unique hotel with many interesting areas and beautiful little courtyards. Felt like a stay in a Muslim house. The pool was such a nice break from the heat in June!

Cons:

The staff, with the exception of the older gentleman that guided us to our room, who was very nice, was polite but lukewarm and not very helpful with tips. We loved the setting and would stay again, but it was quite a hike from the reception ro our room. We did enjoy the walk the the tunnels, so many different things to look at!
