Like staying in a village
Pros:

The hotel is a destination in itself. A labyrinth of old houses with courtyards and cosy corners. My room was extremely characterful, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was squeezed in so a little cramped but that was no problem. I will bet they have no two rooms the same. Very good location. Plan at least some of your stay to explore the hotel itself.

Super schönes Hotel, wir hätten gerne noch mehr Zeit dort verbracht.

Wunderschöne Zimmer in verschachtelten alten Häusern mit wunderschönen Innenhöfen, Dachterrassen

Cons:

Bei der Buchung von Attraktionen und Weiterfahrt war die Hilfe des gut englisch sprechenden Personals recht knapp und desinteressiert.

Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal, Zimmer verbesserungswürdig
Pros:

Die Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lokation ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und das Hauptgebäude war sehr schön.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, vermutlich durch Feuchtigkeit. Obwohl die Klimaanlage lief, blieb der Geruch bestehen.
Das Zimmer befand sich in einem hinteren Gebäude. Die Fenster gingen zur Fassade des Gebäudes mit weiteren Zimmern, sodass kaum Tageslicht vorhanden war.
Das große Fenster im Badezimmer hatte nur einen dünnen Vorhang, sodass man von den oberen Zimmern auch in die Dusche hineinschauen konnte.
In der Dusche war es schwierig, die Wassertemperatur richtig einzustellen – entweder war das Wasser sehr kalt oder sehr heiß.

The hotel was amazing with lots of different areas to relax, inside and out. The decor was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, walking distance to lots of restaurants and tourist attractions

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön , sehr zentral gelegen. Aufgrund der langen verwinkelten Wege etwas anstrengend

Cons:

Zur Straße hin war es sehr laut. Je nach Zimmer musste man wirklich sehr weit laufen. Wir haben uns diverse mal fast verlaufen.
