Not a good experience
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

A network of some 27 houses housing rooms. The regular rooms are the furthest away from the reception that you can get. For over €200 a night there was no complimentary water. The tea/coffee offering without teaspoons was very poor. We had to move rooms because the shower door did not seal when closed so the bathroom flooded. We asked to be moved to a more comfortable room with better access for my wife who has some recent mobility problems. Sadly the lift failed in the evening and we had to walk up and down stairs. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to the problem when we pointed this out. To be honest only the porters were extremely helpful - in particular Juanmo who took us to our car on departure. It was like staying in a very poor AirBnB - which, in hindsight was what we should have done! We stayed at the Alohonso X opposite before and only rebooked the Casa based on a visit over 25 yrs ago when the hotel was obviously much smaller and the rooms were part of the hotel.

Beautiful Seville
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location for restaurants, shops and the major sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were super and the roof top bar and pool were a pleasant space to relax in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return to Seville. There was so much to see and do.

Très déçu … Non conforme aux descriptions des guides.
Pros:

Sa localisation , ses patios, sa terrasse avec piscine.

Cons:

La chambre (208) une horreur. Aucune aération , lumière du jour quasi inexistante , ça sent mauvais. Les vieux meubles crasseux et poussiéreux . Ce n’est pas une chambre de 4 étoiles , c’est une punition … un cachot déprimant.

We enjoyed being in the centre of the old part of Seville in a stylish and historic hotel.
Pros:

Character. The quirkiness of the houses and the tunnels. The Piano Bar. The location in the centre of Seville was great for walking to all the main sights. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive. Room was quiet for sleeping.

Cons:

Room was a bit dark and our Casa was furthest away from reception across an alley, and felt a little rundown.

Beautiful historic hotel in old town Seville
Pros:

The location was great and my room was comfortable and a good size. The roof-top pool area had loungers and a bar where tasty drinks and food could be purchased. The courtyards and patios, that connected the rooms to the beautiful lobby, were delightful. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

My room needed airing when I arrived. Wifi signal in my room was weak.

Excellent location in old city but close to attractive parks
Unique hotel with old houses joined together with attractive patios and fountains between them
Attractive rooftop area with pool and bar in warm season, that’s most of the year!
Very helpful,staff especially with parking which would otherwise be a nightmare, also helpful with questions and booking flamenco show
Very comfortable room and bed with good air conditioning easy to control
