We enjoyed the friendly staff, central location and the feeling of living in a stately home for a few days.
Our junior suite was spacious, with huge bed, decent bathroom with a terrific rainwater style shower and jacuzzi . Water pressure, so often a failing, top notch.
The piano bar is a real feature, and good for joining others in conversation.
The roof pool is a bonus for a city centre hotel, and also good for late afternoon drinks.
Wine for €4.50 a glass and brandy for €8 struck us as excellent value too.
Breakfast was the only minor let down. The basement room is slightly too small to accommodate all the guests, and while the food was good there was significant crowding despite the heroic efforts of the imperious lady in charge. One of the coffee machines was permanently out of action during our 4 day stay and for the last 2 days it was 2.
Very comfy, lovely roof top pool and great location. Walked everywhere
Nothing. It’s a bit of a maze but staff very helpful if get lost!
Really unique hotel. Beautiful rooms, ours had a balcony that overlooked the skyline.
Like most hotels in Europe, sometimes the drainage in the shower was slow and built up.
We loved the quirkiness of this hotel and its authentic Spanish feel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming
Interesting and very pleasant
No balcony
Besonderes Ambiente in der Piano Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Wegweiser zum Hotelzmmer war spannend :-)
Location near all we wanted to visit.
While this hotel is created in many very old houses, the interior of the room felt old, musty and not inviting. Some people may like that under the categy "local atmosphere". We didn't.
Emplacement et piscine
Insonorisation insuffisante
It was the most unique hotel I have ever stayed at. The authentic furnishings and many small sitting rooms. We loved the u.derground tunnels, all cleverly decorated, that we had to pass through to get to our room. The flowers and plants were beautiful
The staff could have been more helpful and more friendly.
Servizio inesistente .
Everyone was exceptionally professional and kind.
Nothing.
