location, the hotel itself is stunning/beautiful, pool
nothing. staff are on the whole friendly.
The building is beautiful and has so much history. The interconnecting gardens are so calm and green. Our room was lovely and had a lot of character.
There wasn't anything we didn't like
Unique and quirky hotel but very comfortable and central to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful
Nothing
Great location & authentic
Location is always amazing. I love staying here while in Seville. I typically recommend this place to everyone
The hotel is a maze. I am not complaining about it.. just a heads up. You can easily get lost
This hotel is a great experience in itself, with its historic interiors and exteriors: You can wander around the property and feel like you're in an ancient barrio of Seville. Also brilliantly located for exploring old Seville.
Various customer service experiences left me not wanting to return here, despite it being my third visit. eg my friends accidently booked two rooms instead of one and the hotel didn't even give them a credit for future use (I understand the terms allow that, but good customer service does not). eg the pool closed at 8pm, which is very early in summer (and opened late at 11am), for which there was no apology or allowance for a little flexibility (traffic issues meant I could only check in at 7:45pm) and when I went for a quick 5 minute swim, I was quite rudely told that the pool was about to close. eg I had asked weeks before if we could choose our suite but never received a reply, and when I arrived I was given a suite that I knew from before was noisy and didn't want (but I arrived too late to do anything about it). Sure enough, suite 21 suffered alot from being on a main corridor and also hearing the next room's toilet flushing loudly. I recommend the hotel's owners and management don't rely solely on the hotel itself: Excellence comes from great customer service.
Historical building
It’s like a maze, got a little frustrating by the 2nd day.
Great experience as usual
It was a great hotel. No complaints.
