Pros:

la chambre était très confortable, la décoration et l'ameublement sont de très bon gout.
l"'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, on se croirait dans un film, vraiment incroyable !
Le personnel est charmant et très disponible.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter la vieille ville.
Je n'ai eu que des satisfactions dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

peut être l'insonorisation des chambres, mais nous n'avons jamais été indisposés par le bruit.
C'est vraiment mineur comme aspect.

A great place to stay and enjoy beautiful Seville.
Pros:

Central location within walking distance of all main attractions, but in a very peaceful and tranquil space with no traffic or city noise. The hotel was full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No restaurant serving an evening meal. It wasn't a big issue because there are many great restaurants in the vicinity and room service was available.

Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town, close to he main monuments,interesting shops and cafes. Astonishing buildings, decor, atmosphere. We enjoyed reading in the Piano Bar.
A wonderful introduction to Sevilla for my 14 year old granddaughter.

Cons:

Pillows were a bit lumpy and thin. A more detailed map of the casas would have been useful.

Herrlich museumsreifes Ambiente mit kleineren Abstrichen im modernen Komfort.

Absolut außergewöhnlich schönes Ambiente. Wer das Besondere mit altertümlichem Flair liebt ist hier richtig!
Herrliche Ausstattung, absolut Museumsreif. Wie man sich eben einen alten Adelspalast vorstellt.

Cons:

Die Badezimmerausstattung ist nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß, duschen in einer Badewanne mit einem antiken Duschkopf, der einem auf den Kopf fällt ist etwas anstrengend.
Ziemlich katastrophal ist der Frühstücksraum.
Untergebracht in den historischen Kellerräumen, zwar ansprechend optisch, aber mit ungemütlichen Plastikstühlen, die einen Höllenlärm auf dem Mamorfussboden verursachen. Die Kaffeemaschinen mit Kapseln eine weiteres Ärgernis, da permanent mit Fehlfunktion streikend. Das Büffet hingegen üppig und lecker.

One of my favorite stays.
Pros:

Very unique. Like staying in a museum. The hotel is like a walled city on to itself. Outside it looks like an ordinary building. Inside it is a collection of individual houses with cobblestones streets, fountains, gardens and tunnels. Loved my stay!

Cons:

Nothing-but if you are restricted physically let the property know. Depending on where your room is located, may take some walking to get there.

4 maisons composent cet hôtel, un formidable labyrinthe avec des patios à couper le souffle...
Le personnel est très professionnel et agréable

Cons:

Le revers de la médaille, c'est un hôtel en pleine ville, c'est donc un peu bruyant, mais les atouts compensent largement.
Une note d'humour pour les WC dans les chambres, il ne faut pas être trop costaud 🤣

Pros:

Beautiful and unusual hotel. Very professional and helpful staff. Best location in the old town. Good beds. The pianobar is a very nice place to relax with a drink.

Cons:

Being situated in the the old town with a lot of restaurants and bars in the narrow streets the noise is inevitable

Super séjour dans un hôtel incroyable
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel qui occupe tout un quartier. On ne se lasse pas de parcourir le dédale de tunnels qui relie notre chambre à la réception ! Personnel aux petits soins et petit-déjeuner/buffet bien garni. Localisation idéale pour parcourir le centre historique.

Cons:

L’insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer mais on pouvait s’y attendre vu la configuration de l’établissement, ce n’était pas gênant.
