Perfect accommodation in a sensational city.
Pros:

Great location. Very stylish, well presented room. Friendly, helpful staff. We also appreciated the afternoon sun coming in through the large windows.

Zentral mit Charme
Pros:

Kleines Hotel direkt im Zentrum gegenüber der Kathedrale. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist etwas schwierig aber es gibt immer einige Parkplätze nicht allzuweit. Sehr gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal.

A localização é excelente e o quarto muito grande e espaçoso assim como o wc, que tinha um ótimo chuveiro.

Cons:

Muy bueno!
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo, está muy bien ubicado en la plaza principal, cerca del Acueducto y demás puntos de interés. La atención es excelente. El desayuno es muy rico y muy variado, no está incluido. La habitación y las camas muy cómodas. Cuenta con estacionamiento.

I was genuinely shocked when I saw the room we were assigned.

This stay was part of our honeymoon, and the experience was extremely disappointing from the very first moment.

The room had no natural daylight at all. The window faced an internal technical yard with air conditioning units and pipes, and the view was completely blocked by a panel. As a result, the room felt dark, airless, and had a stale smell. I even experienced an allergic reaction shortly after entering.

We paid €340 for a “double room (1 double bed or 2 single beds)”. However, the listing shows around 8 photos that clearly represent completely different, bright rooms. There is no mention anywhere in the booking description that some rooms have no daylight or face a closed technical space.

In my opinion, this constitutes misleading presentation of the accommodation.

At reception, we were told that they had informed us by email about this room type. However, this information was sent in Spanish in a generic message and did not clearly highlight such a critical condition. Important limitations like lack of daylight should be clearly disclosed in the listing itself, not hidden in secondary communication.

Upon arrival, we tried to change the room, even with an extra charge, but there were no available rooms for 2 nights. Only a deluxe room (the one actually shown in photos) was available, but not for our full stay. As a result, we stayed one night in a different room and had to leave the hotel the next day.

No apology, compensation, or refund was offered.

Additionally, there were serious concerns regarding privacy. Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping entered our room three times without permission.

We also had concerns regarding cleanliness and overall safety standards in the second room where we stayed.
