Great location, greater value.
Pros:

Perfect location for a perfect stay. This hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the major attractions. Room was quiet and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. All the staff were very helpful. Definitely a place we would return to.

Lovely old hotel in a prime location in a beautiful old Roman town.
Pros:

Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking Plaza Major and the Cathedral. There were doors opening onto a small balcony overlooking the main square.
The staff were wonderful and very accommodating, especially Sorina, who arranged our move to Hotel Real for our second night.
The secure valet parking is very convenient at 16 euros per night.

Cons:

The hotel is obviously a very old building conversion. It is showing signs of its age in the rooms with some wear and tear to the doors and other woodwork.
For the price, I would expect a better breakfast that included at least freshly cooked eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
As it was fiesta weekend there was extreme noise in the Plaza from midnight to 4 in the morning!
On the second night the staff kindly moved us to another of their hotels a few hundred metres away, which was perfect.
