Pros:

Lo mejor los trabajadores profesionales y siempre amables y con una sonrisa desde las chicas de la recepción hasta el aparcacoches pasando por las chicas de la limpieza. Ah y no hay mejor ubicación.

Cons:

Que se pasará tan rapido la estancia jeje del hotel no hubo nada que no me gustará volveré.

Facilidad para conseguir confirmación a la hora de solicitar late check-out. La habitación que ocupaba estaba ya asignada a otro cliente pero modificaron esa asignación para poder atender mi petición.

Great central location with valet parking.
Pros:

Excellent location right in the centre by the cathedral and valet parking was very welcome. Room was nicely decorated / refreshed.

Cons:

Welcome was a little surly. No communal areas and the rest of the hotel seemed to be waiting a makeover but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate rather than inspiring or delicious.
