Decent place for little $
Pros:

The convenience of hotel to the beach with parking.

Cons:

The bathroom had some raised tiles that caused me to trip and on our last night there I seen a roach.

Me and my wife came here for 5 days on vacation and will possibly be back soon, its great for the price and location

Won’t stay here again I’ll pay another few hundred else where.

The location on the beach was really the only good thing. The beds were comfortable too.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the whole facility is poor, constantly had garbage on the ground of the hallways and around the property, the pool had tons of garbage and debris in it. Our hotel had broken tiles in the bathroom, an exhaust fan in the bathroom that sounded absolutely horrible, the patio door was constantly a hassle to open. The parking lot was horrible as well, if you left your spot it would be horrible to find another spot and would have to park across the street.

The location for the price was amazing, the facility just needs some major TLC and a deep clean!
Pros:

The location was outstanding! Our room had a balcony facing the ocean and the building was lIterally feet from the beach in an area that was not overcrowded despite it being spring break.

Cons:

The balcony was lower than the inside floor, which meant stepping up/down to use it. This resulted in my son tripping and cutting his lip open. The room was filthy, not sand, actual grime. A few of the tiles were broken, leaving sharp edges on the floor, and the entire room smelt of musty mold.

That check in was 4 but had to wait till after 5 cause room was not ready was told that 4 doesn't mean the room supposed to be ready at 4 never had this problem I ask for discount but didn't get it
