Dirty room no lamps by the bed just nasty feeling

Parking was the worst thing and that wasn't bad

Although it wasn’t too bad, the rooms need a makeover. The walls have clear and visible holes in them everywhere. The bathroom needs to be remodeled especially. There’s kind of mold and dirt growing on it, the ceiling in our room had a hole and was just patched by what seemed like a square wood plank. It had mold growing out of it and was just gross in general.

The hotel, the room, the bathroom, everything was old, dirty, unsanitary!!!! I’ll never stay there again!!!!

No Breakfast

Did not get to check in till after 9 o’clock at night did not have towels in the room. The floor was covered in sand other than that the room was clean.

Key card did not work, when I called the hotel number it was a porn number talking about hott sexy girls in front of my children had to walk down 3x because of keycard then back for sheets bc pull out bed was covered in sand when kids sat on it. Staff had to let us in room told us battery was dead on the door so keycards didn’t work and no maintenance at night so we didn’t have a working key for our room. Ask for towels for shower was told plumbing busted and they would send some up to our room after asking 3 times finally got them hours later. Needless to say will not be back horrible experience very disappointing experience worst experience I have ever had. The guy that worked night was very kind but the people that work during the day super unhelpful only response we could get from them was I can not guarantee a time and look back at the computer felt like they didn’t want to be bothered and really didn’t give a crap.

They had mildew stains all in bathroom. They had dents/holes in bathroom. Shower curtain was all ripped. The sink was all nasty and clogged water would not go down. Even though I reserved for 4 people only had 3 towels the sofa bed had no sheets had to go to office to get some. The cushions to sofa bed were all stained. We were kicked out of pool at 8 even though they said 10 pm. Room service never came with clean towels had to always go get them myself. Highly disappointed because I booked her only because the year before we stayed here and it was excellent service and no where in the condition it is now.

The floor in the room was very dirty. My wife mop the floor and she use the small plastic for garbage to fill up with water , has to get clean water 3 times . And the water from the mop keep coming black and dirty.

The elevator got stuck often and I got stuck on it

Nothing was good. The pool was nasty. The floors were disgusting and damaged and full of sand. The beds were uncomfortable sheets were dirty, black mold, growing on the walls and ceiling and in the bathroom tiles toilet was outdated and hard to flush balcony was not safe or secure had to beg housekeeping for towels, and just to take the trash out.

It was pet friendly with no area for them to potty. Only one operating elevator. No wash cloths, toilet leaked, and coffee pot maker did not work.

The facility needs MAJOR renovations. The place is very outdated. The room did not reflect what was shown during booking. Those photos must have been taken when they first opened. Very disappointed 😞

It wasn’t very clean at all. There was no iron in the room, no phone. It needs to be updated and cleaned up badly. I dropped something over behind the dresser and there were several items left back there which let me know they do not clean well at all!
