Overall i enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Maybe replace the pillows, its hard and uncomfortable. Toilet paper/holder on the wrong side of the toilet and the towels are too high up, I am a short person.

After a long day on the road the GPS said you have arrived but it was a nondescript building with no parking or signage so it meant parking a block away to check in ,then we were told the car park was on a different street so another walk with suitcases around the street ,not what we expected and very inconvenient .We were not advised of these issues beforehand .

Calming after horrible experience earlier same day.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful - I had come from a scarey experience at another accommodation venue that same day.

Cons:

No parking on site and trip hazard in room with two levels of floors.

Disappointing. Definitely not worth the $329 for the night

Cons:

There was no phone to contact reception. There was no information guide/booklet or any information regarding the hotel operations, dining options, local tours. We booked as 2ad and 2ch and beds were set up for only 3 people. I observed the accommodation pricing the night before our stay and was literally $100 plus less only because the game was on. This does not help with an enjoyable stay. Quite disappointed overall.
