Pros:

Location and layout of room were positive.

Cons:

Lack of hygiene in bathroom, dirty sheets, strange smell was overwhelming upon entry, there was no milk for coffee, no face washer.

The aircon did not work. We did not get to changevrooms or refunded. Spoke to the manager Peter, he replied once & told me nothing will be done for paying full price for a room with no aircon.

Cons:

I have stayed there probably 15 times, 3 times I have been woken by the fire alarm. This means that you walk down the stairs and wait on the street until the fire brigade clears the alarm.
