Clean and kind staff
No laundry. Restaurant very expensive
Beds are comfortable and the rooms are generally clean. My tub was clogged and I asked to have maintenance fix it so I wouldn’t stand in 4” of water to shower. I stayed four nights and it was never fixed. The staff are fantastic.
The location was good for were we needed to be.
Orange peels, cigarettes, bottle caps and trash under the bed. No shampoo, no conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom. Broken toilet paper roller. Beds were fine, but with the way the room was left, it had us questioning if the beds actually got cleaned... I couldn't get pictures of the empty bottles in the shower.
Giving 5 stars. The front desk was able to accommodate our needs on a very busy tourney weekend.
The restaurant despite how busy they were, provided excellent customer service! Attentive to details. Teri was our server and was fantastic.
Not a bad hotel for the area, but they need much improvement on the bar menu! Same thing for 10 years. I stay here all the time and it's time for a change.
Terrible hotel!!!! The Brand ( Doubletree), is not keeping up with franchises and enforcing brand standards.
Also this hotel is not in Boston.

Shower dripping all night.
Limited breakfast menus.
Not a restaurant a limited service breakfast like a bad copy of Fairfield breakfasts.
Asked Front desk to assist with transportation to an event 8 minutes from this hotel. Was given two cards. First Liberty taxis refused to come. Their driver was a very LNasty man who told me to tell the hotel to @ “call their first choice” @. Calling this a Doubletree and in Boston is a a BIG scam.
The second driver operator wanted 120 an hour for min three hours.
This is another big scam. People who are booking Boston go to Boston. This is closer to Plymouth and Cape Cod. A lie for sure!!!!
A third operator a coach company told me to call Weymouth taxi. It arrived one hour and I 5 minutes late. Was like sitting in an ashtray. Terrible service. Driver said he has no money to get gas ave his gps was broken! Terrible service. James at Front Desk tried to help but without a company van or company Uber nothing could be done.
I ended up getting into a smoke Weymouth taxi filled I called at 5 for 6:40 at 7:50 for a 8 min ride to an event that started at 6 pm.
Booked a Doubletree for hotel service. Just awful!!!!
Sign in elevator says “limited service on Thanksgiving”. To save money on hard working housekeepers because in stat holidays they get paid better. Tried to speak with maids zero English!
A disgrace take the flag away.
