Habitacion amplia y muy bonita vista! Ubicacion muy central.

The room was neat and tidy, the amenities were good, and the staff also was nice.
The breakfast is a buffet but is not good, during my whole stay in Guatemala (10 days) this breakfast was the black spot in the wall.

The area is too noisy to sleep and that's huge. And the price is too high for the it provides and the quality. This place is not that special compared to others that I've been. We travel a lot and we stay in all type of hotels to test who is best and who should we pick again. And just because a company has a brand name doesn't mean they are excellent everywhere. I know that for fact.
Necesitaba cercanía con el aereopuerto y como tal suplió mi necesidad. Sólo nos hospedamos una noche por lo tanto no tengo mucha información
Con anticipación, solicité un traslado desde el aereopuerto. La noche de mi arribo, el auto no estaba. Una vez que me comuniqué con el hotel, su excusa fue el tráfico. Es infantil y poco profesional.
Cuarto espacioso, personal muy atento. Necesitaba guardar cosas en el frío y me pusieron un minibar en el cuarto
