The room was clean and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when needed.
The breakfast was decent and offered a reasonable variety of options. However, I believe there is still room for improvement, especially regarding the diversity and quality of some items.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was mixed.
We stayed for four nights and initially received Room 306. During the second night, the room no longer had hot water, and the water pressure became extremely low, making it difficult to shower. We had to explain the issue several times to the reception staff before the problem was properly acknowledged.
Another issue was the door near the elevators that provided access in and out of the floor. The door was defective and could not be opened from one side, forcing guests to use the emergency stairwell in order to leave the floor and reach other areas of the hotel. This was inconvenient and should have been addressed much sooner.
After reporting these problems multiple times, the hotel eventually moved us to another room on the 9th floor, where the situation was significantly better.
On the positive side, the staff tried to help, and the hotel has a good location. However, the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, and the defective access door negatively affected our stay. I hope these maintenance issues will be resolved for future guests.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. It was our Family trip, we had two wonderful spotless rooms with beautiful views to the city!

The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived; their warmth and helpfulness made a huge impression on us. Starting with the gentleman at the parking garage entrance, the staff of the Lobby and next morning breakfast staff were excellent!
We had absolutely no complaints during our time here. Everything was seamless, comfortable, and well-managed. We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat!
