El personal no tuvo la capacidad de solventar un problema con la habitación reservada, y resultaron dándome una habitación mas chica, con vistas a una pared
Clean and great front desk service.
4th time staying in a room with a broken air conditioner! Three times we called to have it fixed and each time they said it would come on soon. Never happened. Then it was bedtime and really to late to change rooms after a long day of travel. More this likely we won’t stay here again. The staff simply said “sorry”.

The hotel is very nice overall - the staff were great, though I did have to pay an early check-in fee. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were very nice and clean. The rooftop gym was also very well equipped with cardio machines, free weights and some weight machines. My room was huge, clean and modern. It is ideally located close to the airport. The bed was huge and very comfortable and I also had a nice view from my balcony.
Not sure if bad luck with the person staying next to me, but they kept slamming their door which made the room noisier than I would have liked. Also, the noise outside the hotel (I was on the 9th floor) seems to travel, but not a huge surprise given this is a city hotel.
