Perfect location, perfect service.
Pros:

We stayed here over New Years Eve and the following week. The entire experience was wonderful. First of all, we walked right out the front door onto the Champs Elysées, approximately half way between the Arch d’Triomphe and the Place de la Concorde. Perfect location for walking to explore, and easy access to cabs and Ubers for further destinations. The front doormen were so wonderful and kept us secure and made sure that we were well taken care of when we left the property.
The hotel is beautiful. The lobby was decorated spectacularly for the holidays and the rooms were lovely and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We ate brunch on New Year’s Day and it was great.
The most amazing experience we had was New Year’s Eve. The street was blocked off for safety until it was to be opened for the one million people expected to attend the celebration. We needed to get to the other side for a dinner. The police were not letting anyone pass, but Ali, a lovely man and doorman, walked us across and talked to the police to let us through. He walked us all of the way to the hotel in which the dinner took place! What an amazingly caring person!
All and all perfect place to stay to enjoy and explore Paris.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved my room! It was spacious and mainly designed for accessibility. The room size was perfect, and the decor was so welcoming. It was located right in the heart of Champs-Élysées Street. Just a heads-up, if you’re planning a visit on Sunday, please remember that the street is closed, which might make it a bit tricky to get to the hotel with your luggage.

ان فيه غرفة كان فيها رشاش ماء

الحقيقة الفندق لا يستحق السعر ابداً الخدمة غير جيده وغير متوافقه مع فندق خمس نجوم وبسعر كهذا الموظفة باسم simply او suma شيء زي كذا سيئة وأخلاقها شينه طلبت مني تأمين وغيري من النزلاء لم تطلب منهم واعطتني اسوء وأصغر غرفه بالفندق لين اشتكيت عليها ! رغم اني معي طفله وجايه عندي عمل في نفس الفندق ! أنا عميل في فندق خمس نجوم وادفع مبلغ وقدره مو جايه اشحذ منك خدمه محترمه !

Uncaring booking agency and uncaring hotel. They both could care less about customer satisfaction.
Pros:

The fact that i paid for a room I did not use, somehow two rooms were booked, and was not given a refund, an amout of $2400.00, this put a bad taste in my mouth. I will not use Booking.com again, nor will I use Marriott Hotels in the future. I have used the Marriott MarQuis in NYC for over 30 years.
