Enjoyed the pool/sauna/steam room
Disappointed on arrival to find out the bar & restaurant were closed due to maintenance, we planned for dinner there & had pre-paid for breakfast so a bit frustrating to have to leave the hotel & eat elsewhere, an email in advance would have helped,the reception staff gave no apology & seemed very blasé about the whole situation, we have been to this hotel 6 times but we now feel we won't return
The service was fantastic and the room was beautiful. Vishnu and Shon handled our stay they were very helpful, professional and polite, nothing was too much bother which was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, very comfortable with huge beds u could just live in. Highly recommend.

I was not told this before i arrived.
No evening meal or breakfast were available
Staff weren’t helpful at all kept getting passed pillar to post about a refund for the breakfast

It was clean and comfortable with a nice pool/spa area and friendly staff.

Central to what we needed
Very worn and dated. Duvet on bed was paper thin and no extra blankets etc in the room. Kitchen was closed which hotel knew about in advance but we weren't notified until we arrived. Staff couldn't have been more unbothered if they tried! No main light in room just small side lights which made getting ready with makeup very difficult
