Dalla foto di’ Booking mi aspettavo di dormire in una struttura che somigliasse ad un castello… ma in realtà l’hotel è semplicemente affiancato a questa struttura. Le stanze sono un po’ vecchiotte, ma pulite.
C’è una piscina carina aperta fino alle 10 di sera e questo è un plus!
Breakfast was look warm& bacon n black pudding were tough didn’t go to breakfast following day went out for lunch m.

The room was okay King sized bed and the shower was really good with a nice big bathroom. We had a deluxe King size room.
Breakfast not included restaurant was very quiet only 4 of us - had to book dinner around a bus tour arriving which may have contributed to our not so good meal.
It was value for money, we booked 3 rooms for one night for a girls trip. The rooms were spacious and fresh. They gave free parking with that which was nice, however I did think it was a bit mean to charge guests.
In some areas it was a bit tired, such as worn carpet, marks ro the carpets and in one room the curtain had a tear in it. I think it has been a 4 star hotel previously, but easily now a 3 star and on par with Premier Inn
Good location nice grounds
The rooms was worn and tired the shower flooded the whole bathroom out the staff tried their best Initially we were given the code to someone else’s room which was awful and then got our own rooms. Breakfast was the worst I have very experienced
Nothing once I left they charged me £100 for parking ticket when it said free parking. Avoid this place
Smelly, dirty place, food was disappointing not worth the money grounds a mess.

Horrendous customer care, cancelled out booking and 5 others. No explanation, would not give us his name, no apology other then it wasn't his fault it was booking.com. Refused to give us help to find accommodation for the night, this was 5pm

Bedrooms. The fact that you don’t keep bedrooms for people that are allergic to dogs!!
Staff were friendly and check in was smooth.
Room smelt of damp, curtains hanging off rail, carpet coming up, generally rooms, corridor, bar area all very tired and in need of a refurb and a good clean. Sofa bed springs so we'll used I felt like I was sinking to the floor.
Have stayed at this hotel a few times but it's gone really downhill and I will not be back.
