Pros:

Struttura circondata dal verde poco lontana dal centro di Dundee con parcheggio gratuito. Il ragazzo della reception è stato molto gentile e le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. Letto e cuscini molto comodi.

Cons:

La stanza aveva un fastidioso odore di naftalina, ma dopo un po' ci si abitua. Le maniglie di ogni porta sono davvero basse, risulta un po' scomodo aprirle.

Pros:

After reading some reviews on this hotel i was a bit apprehensive but We liked everything about this place. we booked the deluxe king room for one night it was very comfortable and clean.
The guy at reception was very welcoming and helpful and the spa was great really enjoyed the sauna and steam room and the pool was a good size.
My son and daughter in law gifted us a voucher for christmas for afternoon tea and it was very good was very popular with guests and visitors i would recommend this hotel just wish I had booked 2 or 3 nights.
Just goes to show dont believe everything you read on reviews judge the place for yourself.

Cons:

Needs a better evening menu choice but what we did have was good.

Eigentlich waren wir froh dass wenigstens das kleine Zimmer einigermaßen sauber war

Cons:

Das Bild bei Booking zeigt das Hotel von hinten mit einer Burg und schönem Garten. Der vordere Eingang ist aber ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel und hat nichts mit der Burg zu tun. Wir haben uns nicht in den Pool getraut, da er sehr schmutzig aussah. Es gibt sehr viele sehr kleine Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, wo das Zustellbett eher eine Campingliege war. Die Lage ist an einer 4- spurigen Schnellstraße und weit ab vom Zentrum.

The staff were very polite and helpful and the bar and restaurant were very good.
Another staff member behind the bar would maybe be a good idea.

The bar closes early for a hotel establishment
The rooms need some care and attention.

A pleasant and relaxing stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The SPA facilities added a wonderfully relaxing touch to the stay, and the breakfast (available at an additional cost) was nicely prepared

Cons:

It would have been better if breakfast was included in the room rate.

a good 2 night stop over
Pros:

staff excellent friendly and professional

Cons:

room a bit tired could do with refurbishment hand rails at bath loose I don't think they would take weight so could be an issue.

Good Deal - Free use of pool and sauna
Pros:

Pool and sauna! Pool was lovely and warm. Grounds were also lovely and bed very comfy. Small gym but didn't use this.

Staff were lovely and friendly

Cons:

The pool, sauna, changing rooms and gym were dirty and were not cleaned daily. There was rubbish and dirt i saw on the friday evening which was still there by the monday morning.

The changing rooms were filthy and I didnt use them. There was bugs and spiders in the men's changing room and urine all over the toilet.
