There's very little that I can say that is positive about this stay - but I am required to write something here. I guess the staff were reasonably friendly.
The hotel is dirty, badly run and unsafe. There were three fire alarm evacuations during the 12 hours I stayed there - but no competent staff member on site or proper fire evacuation process. No proper care for guest safety at all. I got almost no sleep. The room was dirty with stains on the headboard and walls and a thick layer of dust at corners of rooms and inside wardrobe. The spa and leisure facilities were also dirty. I was supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first and went somewhere else. The hotel still has not processed the refund for the unused night as they promised. The hotel also doesn't use keys or keycards - but instead each room has a PIN code to access it. But there is no means of locking the door once inside to stop others coming in. As a lone female traveller, I found it disturbing to know that any staff member or customer who had seen my room's pin on the paper sheet it was kept on could access my room without my consent at any time with no accountability or system to check who had accessed the pin and room.

From the pictures I thought I was booking a manor type accomodation but we were accommodated in what seems to be an extensive add on.
Abendessen (extra bezahlt) war recht gut; Frühstück nicht gebucht, weil zu teuer
Behindertenzimmer bekommen, weil angeblich kein anderes frei war. Anscheinend schon längere Zeit unbenutzt, daher überall Staub. Im Bad kam man sich vor, wie jemand von der Zielgruppe.
Great stay, booked for myself and 7 work colleagues. Spa was a nice bonus! Great food too. Very comfortable stay. Would stay again
The breakfast was okay and staff great but the facilities were poor.
Dirty room on arrival, load of dust on surface, dead bug and load of dust on window sill, leaking toilet, torn window curtains, brown marks on shower curtain (not sure if it is was poop or rust), bent lamp shades and so on. Asked for room to be changed and found the same issues in the other room. Just an overall terrible experience.
