The staff were really helpful and friendly and accommodate our needs. The room were clean and spotless. Two fans to keep the room nice and cool. Lovely different restaurants right next to the hotel and the stack is brilliant especially on weekends. Also it's amazing just being across from the beach especially for a nice walk on a night time. We loved the pool and the facilities with it.
There were nothing we didn't like or could fault.
Location
We booked a superior room and was placed in a mouldy room. They had opened the windows but the mould was really bad. I have severe asthma and it took me an hour to finally be moved. The Duty Manager was really good but the Receptionist was awful. She didn't have a clue what she was doing and really rude.
Our new room was on the 3rd floor and it was really hot. Only one window opened an inch at the top and it was so stuffy. Even the cold water from the sink in the bathroom never got cold.
Location and room both superb.
Breakfast/dining room not to my taste to say the least.

The location and staff are wonderful. The rooms are large and comfortable.
Our rooms were not attended to. I'd booked this trip as a treat for my friend. I had to ask hor my room to be attended to on day 3. I found out at the end of the stay that for 4 days my friends room had not once been attended to. We had no notes to put on our doors and the housekeeping I spoke to told me they were nolonger in use.

Loved the location great being able to park on site.Lovely room well furnished with sea view on 2nd floor good lift access.Friendly welcome and efficient delivery of necessary information.Great having both shower and bath in the bathroom.Excellent breakfast in clean surroundings with attentive staff extremely happy to accommodate all requirement.
Unfortunately although we slept reasonably well we found the pillows uncomfortable rather lumpy in places not the type of pillow you would expect in a hotel of this standard.Bathroom sink plug not working which was minor problem for my husband to wet shave.
