Room tired and needs a complete refurbishment
Pros:

Location is excellent and staff friendly. Was clean.

Cons:

Room cold - needed portable heater.
Lock on bathroom door bot working.
Headboard of bed was peeling and soiled

A beautiful place for a seaside stay!
Pros:

The location is wonderful and we enjoyed the seaside views from our room. Lovely facilities, including a pool and gym - great additions. So near to local amenities which were a short walk away. A great location and a lovely stay!

Cons:

Not having proper spoons in the room along with plastic cups. A more regular bin collection would be great for longer stays.

Housemate knocked on door at 10am telling g me I had to be out prompt.She wrote something down but I was out 10 02 because she was very abrupt
I left my watch charger and wi e in fridge as I didn't do a room sweep as I always do.
I will not be staying at the Grand ever again.!!!!!

Cons:

We paid Booking.com, but the hotel did not recieve payment, we had to pay again on arrival.

This has now happend on 2 seperate occasions.

Pros:

Lovely sea view. Nice and quiet .close to everything we wanted ( beach ,pubs )

Nice short stay with amazing views
Pros:

Location, great upgraded spacious hotel room overlooking the sea. Lovely staff especially the lady overseeing breakfast, outstanding service from her. Free parking. Very clean

Cons:

Not enough towels - no foot towel for the shower. Not enough plug sockets, none near the bed.
