Great Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The staff showed wonderful hospitality and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of options including bagels with cream cheese, juice, Greek yogurt, different kinds of omelets and scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit such as apples and oranges, milk, soy milk, potatoes, sausages, and sausage patties. I also appreciated the gym, which was convenient and helped make the stay even more comfortable.

Pros:

Breakfast was saving grace. When checking in we had to move twice. Third time was a charm. First room had dirty bedspread and trash. Second room sheets were piled on bed unmade, trash in room and bathroom not cleaned. Front desk stag was excellent in hell g make it right. He saved the day (and two evenings).

Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be. Woodward Ave, the street it was on can be a bit tricky, needing to take U turns to be able to go lefy.

Cons:

The breakfast was a joke. We went during posted hours. All 3 hot food trays were empty. The juice and coffee machines were all watery. There was only bread and yogurt and some fruit. The little fridge said hard-boiled eggs, but that was also absent. A piece of the headboard was falling down. The floorboard in the elevator wad off and it looked shabby.
