We stayed in this hotel before and loved it because the restaurant was exceptional. Every time we had lunch and dinner without leaving the hotel, but this year the chef changed apparently and the food was not the same. The chicken and meat was very average and the octopus was so overcooked that it tasted like rubber. Also last year we got some small presents like souvenirs from the hotel even though we had super average room, this year we did not receive anything or any welcome treats even thought we booked very top tier room.

We stayed at this hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, making it very easy to explore the city with children. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. We also loved the interior design—the hotel is very stylish and cozy. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Excellent rooms, facilities and cleanliness is superb
The check-in took a bit of time. I expected it to be faster
its location was very convenient to experience the busy crowded taksim square and istiklal street then in several minutes back get to feel relaxed and away from it. also you have a walk down the hill you get to Dolmabahce the a few minutes walk after that get to kabatas. Spacious Room and has all amenities needed. outdoor pool and seating available and quite relaxing. staff quite friendly and helpful

The hotel appears to be quite old, and it seems that no renovations or updates have been made since it was built.
The carpets in the room were stained and dirty, and the windows also needed cleaning. At check-in, I was required to leave a $300 deposit. Some of my friends were not asked to leave any deposit at all, while others were only asked for $200. I don’t know what criteria they use to determine the amount. The deposit is excessively high, and it takes up to three weeks after check-out to receive the refund.
The food at the hotel is expensive. I wanted to order food delivery, but the front desk employee was not helpful and did not assist me.
