Cons:

I paid for the hotel in advance, and upon arrival I was asked to provide a credit card. However, it was never explained that a significant amount of money would be blocked on my card as a security deposit and that the funds would remain frozen for up to 14 days, even though I stayed for only three nights.
This practice is unacceptable and constitutes the use of my funds for their own purposes without proper prior notice.

The hotel in general and the room was great
Last month I stayed at point hotel and it is really different. The point hotel was really bad and you pay for no service at all .

Pros:

位置非常好，就在taksim附近，步行可至，出门地铁公交也非常便利，门口还有至机场的大巴！
酒店虽然有点年头，但维护很好，干净整洁。
工作人员服务也非常热情，特别是Nurettin-Tugba，always show his warmth ,smile ,professional and Kindness.
