In overall it was good experience. If they keep the same room rate will be staying there.
Pros:

I did like the location Taksim, is one of the safest areas for tourists.

Cons:

It was very difficult to adjust to people smoking everywhere within the facilities of the hotel. No restrictions or dedicated area for smokers. They are everywhere without any limitations. It was not nice for nonsmokers.

Pros:

Very nice pool area, very relaxing... nice interior design at the lobby and entrance area that gives a very good feeling at the beginning. Great breakfast.

I wish the rooms floors were not carpet.

Pros:

I really liked the mattress, the bed linen, and the pillows. Sleeping there was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Cons:

It’s a good hotel; however, the interior feels a bit gray and dated. I would renovate it.

1. We’d reserved two rooms and we double confirmed that we need two rooms with king size beds on the same floor.
In check-in day we received information that one of us should stay in twin - room (wtf?)
After hot discussion receptionist gave us keys from two king size bed rooms BUT on the smoking floor..

2. Problem with transport and taxi during holidays (hotel gave us a transfer to the other hotel with free taxi access)
