Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr und komme immer wieder gerne hierher. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der großartige Pool und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Auch die schöne Frühstücksterrasse habe ich sehr genossen – ein wunderbarer Ort, um in den Tag zu starten.
Ich hatte ein teureres Zimmer mit Blick über den Bosporus gebucht. Leider war es selbst im 8. Stock extrem laut. Bei meinen früheren Aufenthalten waren die günstigeren Zimmer mit Poolblick wesentlich angenehmer. Der Aufpreis hat sich für mich nicht gelohnt.
Besonders enttäuschend war das Frühstück, das einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht gerecht wird. Es gab keine frisch gepressten Säfte – gerade in einem Land mit Orangenanbau finde ich das befremdlich. Auch das Zitronengetränk schmeckte nicht frisch, sondern hatte eine unangenehme, leicht gärig wirkende Note.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat mich diesmal leider nicht überzeugt.

The only positive point was the location.
Rooms outdated, low quality breakfast, unprofessional staff in the breakfast area and so many other negative points.
A szálloda gyönyörű, tiszta, rendkívül kedves, segítőkész, mosolygós személyzet. A szoba tiszta, nagyon jól felszerelt, tágas. A medence és környezete gyönyörű, nagyon szépen tisztán tartott. Mi nagyon korán, hajnali géppel érkeztünk. Bár csak 14 órától foglalhattuk volna el a szobát, de miután volt már kész üres szoba, készségesen átadták dálelőtt 11-kor A történelmi városrész 15-20 perc alatt taxival megközelíthető, kb 3-4 ezer forintnak megfelelő összegért. Javaslom az ubert, jóval olcsóbb és előre lehet tudni az árat.
A szállodával kapcsolatban nem volt semmi negatívum. Jó szívvel ajánlom pároknak, családoknak egyaránt.
Great location with an excellent pool complex. Staff were great, with a special mention for Emir in the Club Lounge who was very attentive.

Excellent location, pool was great and kids really loved it.

The whole property was very clean
Needs a paint and carpet change in rooms and corridors. It’s kept clean, but looking very old and tired.
The comfort and cleanliness as is usual in a Hyatt hotel. Friendly and very welcoming staff. The outdoor pool is such a treat during a hot city summer.
Just two small things:
1. we ordered about the same lunch from The Gazebo (poolside restaurant) three days in a row, quality was excellent. On the third day we ordered the same lunch, turns out no avocado available, so they left it out of 2 dishes which influenced the quality/taste in a negative way, no one of the staff/kitchen said anything (but we paid full price).
2. We ordered two same cocktails (aperol spritz), one was spot on, the other one not good at all (the colour was also off). Even when we sent it back, I received the same cocktail with a slighty changed colour, but still not good, too bitter. This shoud not happen when paying so much money for a cocktail in such a great establishment.
There are no big things to complain about.
And that is what makes this place great as I hope they will take the comments above to even make the service better.
